The one star is generous.
Delivery painfully slow. The items were of shockingly bad quality. One item broke within about 30 seconds. Had I not been supervising playtime our kitten could easily have obtained an eye injury from bare metal wire flapping around.
In addition he almost choked on the bit that came off. Customer service is just disgusting and the offered 20 percent refund which I told them to keep as it was an insult.
If you love your pets, avoid this company that ship out substandard rubbish from China and stick with something that has some form of safety standards and some morsel of customer service.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. They are just awful and unsafe products

Sent order for a black dog magnet to be made but got sent a white dog figure instead emailed many times for a refund or the right product, but nothing back. Do not trust this website.

Dont waste your money. Final item looks nothing like my Charlie. Very low quality and poorly executed

Website states 4-5 weeks for delivery but I still haven’t received the product despite ordering 10 weeks ago and receiving confirmation of shipping. When querying why it hadn’t arrived after they asked me for a positive review I was told that it hadn’t even been shipped. Apparently confirmation of shipment actually means it has been sent to the factory for customisation which makes no sense. I doubt I am going to ever receive any goods now so I have asked for a refund due to not receiving the product as well as their poor, confusing communication throughout but they have denied this. Based on other reviews I have read it sounds like the custom pet figurine I should have received would have been poor quality and an insult to my dog’s memory anyway so I don’t even want it anymore.

Have to say, was very happy with their recreation of my late cat. I bought this online as a late night, alcohol-fuelled impulse buy, and was very nervous after reading these reviews, but thought it might at least have some comedy value.
What arrived was indeed from China, but the attention to detail was very impressive for the price paid, and was well wrapped.

Don't be fooled by the nice website. There is no formal returns policy: they offer 10% or 20% of money back.
The alternative is for item to be returned to a random company address in Germany that you pay for, with the proviso that if it 'gets lost' there is no refund at all.

Scam. Do not buy. Gifts are not personalised at all. They just send you a generic cat or dog they probably found out of a charity bucket of toys. Looks nothing like what I ordered. Asked for refund, they refused. Wish I’d have checked the reviews first

Honestly one of the worst things I’ve ever purchased. It was for my dog who recently passed away and requested the figurine to have one eye to match my dog, I provided all necessary photos. I obviously didn’t receive that at all and isn’t even the same breed as my dog. Not sure what makes this ‘custom’, I think they probably just have lots of stock of pre-made animals and find the closest match to yours. Couldn’t even give me a full refund, couldn’t even give me 50%. Do not buy

Dreadful.
Took over 2 weeks to arrive.
Packaging was cheap and nasty.
The quality was dreadful and I requested to return for a full refund but they will not respond to my messages.
A mat I bought for the cat has a picture of a baby on it so there is no way it is suitable for feline use.

Terrible. Figurine arrived late, only half painted. Was clearly a boy cast when my dog was a girl. Leg had snapped off and been glued back on. Eyes completely wrong. Avoid. Waste of money.

SCAM AVOID AWUL WEBSITE products are not as advertised, extremely poor quality and minimal to no resemblance to at all to uploaded images. Refuse refund and refuse to accept accountability. Website appears UK based but they drop ship from cheap Chinese warehouses. Scam, avoid at all costs

Less than one star, unbelievably poor. Personalised ornament of a Jack Russell was on the cast of a Husky, I WISH I could post a photo. I don’t believe it’s a company from UK, product came from china and looks like a joke! Absolutely horrified TBH!!!

Abit long for delivery but worth the wait!

As bad as it gets...substandard products, dreadful customer service, evasive when asked for return information, now have refused to accept a return despite every detail of the returns process having been followed.
Avoid at all costs. Look at all the other reviews (I wish I had). You have been warned...

Do not buy from them i just received my order and it was broken, also has to wait weeks to receive item since it was arriving from china not the United Kingdom what joke and complete waste of money.

We ordered 2 dog statues for our wedding cake. Unfortunately I read the reviews on this site after I had purchased them.

A) they operate out of china not the UK, so your order takes ages to arrive.

B) it’s a load of crap. I sent 4 pictures of both of our dogs and they clearly use a template and just colour the dog, sort of the same colour.

£40 down the swanny. No offer of a refund, just that their statues are 5 - 10% dissimilar to what you order.

I need a refund and I’m not stopping until I do.

To be honest I would not even rate this company 1 star if I wasnt having to make a comment about how poor their products are.
They have insulted me.... By send a totally cheap looking figurine of my king charles cavalier, who passed away. I sent photographs of her to them which they requested and it came back with the wrong looking face and long ears. With reading everyone elses disatifacation in regards to this ornaments. This company needs to be taken off and shutting down.

It took about 3 weeks for the items to get here from Germany. The products were meant to be cooling mats but they were made of nylon. The parcel had been slashed and so one of the items had a slit in it. The contract seems weird and doesn't look like a proper contract.
I reckon this comes from a person or group of people in their home. You have to pay to return goods.

I ordered 2 cat toys from Peppers Paradise. Both boxes were crushed on arrival. One toy was without it's furry cover, just a bare ball.
Initially, Customer Services seemed polite and helpful but l came to think it is pre-programmed. Phrases were repeated as were requests for photographic evidence (which had been sent).
Their phrasing about a 50% refund being 'a gesture of goodwill' was inept and rather foolish. The faulty item should have been replaced, but Peppers Paradise would only do this if the item was returned (to China, most likely). An expensive trade off.
The Customer Services team have names like Lea and Sarah but they are probably artificially generated.
Do not use them Peppers Paradise.
