Recieved my magnet and has no likeness to the picture I sent. picture I sent ha a long snout and they sent me a magnet of a old English bulldog. Not happy at all

Scam! AVOID! 13 emails later, item never received, and refund never arrived. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your money! Long lead time. Looks absolutely nothing like, even the colour is totally wrong. Currently in dispute, will not let this go. Total waste of money and dismissive email from company.

I ordered cat interactive playmat and received baby slap mat, sent them pics but they say I've received what I ordered! How can they sell baby items on an animal site. I'm not paying to send it back to Germany or China!

Not one iota of a resemblance to the photo i sent. Portrayed my pets in a terrible light they look awful and been put straight in the bin.

The item I ordered was a custom engraved fridge magnet, meant to look like my cat (I submitted a photo of him). The item I received looks vaguely like him but it’s nowhere near as close a resemblance and the overall engraving is nowhere near as detailed as some of the examples they use in their marketing. The item also took 5 weeks to arrive and communication from the company was awful - I even initiated a chargeback through my bank and Mastercard because I didn’t think it was ever going to arrive. I’m relieved I wasn’t actually scammed in the way I had thought but I still wouldn’t recommend it - the likeness to my cat is vague and not worth what I paid for the magnet. I wouldn’t bother if I were you.

Absolute scam. Estimated 2 weeks for delivery. Then give an extension of 4-6 weeks. Then another 4-6 weeks. No product, customer service was shocking. Asked to cancel order but refused

Order arrived soon after I chased up but still took several weeks. Despite advert of 'personalised product-upload your pets photo',the products I received were of a generic tabby and generic ginger cat. Buyer beware as very expensive plaster magnets (not resin) that are not true likeness of your pets.

UPDATE!!!
After taking out a dispute with PayPal the resolution date just kept getting changed time and time again. After 6 weeks I received the item. What a joke!! My dog was a beautiful Irish Setter. What I got was a generic Spaniel - nothing like him. Total scam. This has been so frustrating dealing with this company and PayPal. It’s going in the bin as it’s not worth anymore of my time. Hope this helps anyone that is considering buying from this company

As other people have experienced this is a total rip off scam company. I ordered a personalised pet magnet over 5 weeks ago. After a couple of days I received a dispatch notice with a tracking number. This was total rubbish. I have been in contact several times with the company. If I ask for a refund I’m told that’s not possible as the item has already been dispatched. If I ask for the dispatch date and tracking number I’m told that it’s still being made as it’s being handcrafted. What a load BS! I have now raised a dispute with PayPal

Waited nearly 6weeks to get a fridge magnet that looks NOTHING like my cat. It's very generic. Almost a joke

Worst customer service ever. I received the item DEFECTIVE and told them i d like to get a replacement. First email they offered me 20% refund - NO why? I can bin the item i received and get 20% refund???? No, I d like a replacement. 2nd email they offered me 30% refund. Excuse me what? Did they ever read what I m referring to? I dont want money I want a replacement!!!!! REPLACEMENT - I have shown you pictures of what I received.

Scam! Take your money but don’t deliver your products. Don’t know how to get my money back as customer services don’t even reply back to emails. Make out a U.K. based company but only when you get a pretend tracking email saying goods are despatched do you realise they are based in China.
Avoid at all costs because you won’t receive your goods or with what I’ve heard if you do receive it’s just cheap crap!!!!

AVOID!!!!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased my dog coat.
I ordered X-LARGE when it eventually arrived 5 weeks later it wouldn’t even fit my cat.
Sarah (the person who was replying to my emails) is a just a complete and utter liar. She just strings you along with phrases like “my sincere apologies” “we truly value each customer” and “thank you for reaching out to us” it’s all rubbish, absolute tosh.
They are basically stealing from their customers the products they send out are not fit purpose.
I will be getting in touch with trading standards to see if they can be stopped.

wished i’d read reviews first paid over £20 for a fridge magnet i could have bought in any pet shop

The absolute worst service. Damaged in transit, trying to get me to pay for return cost to Germany. Total liars, ignorant and a disgrace. Acting unlawfully, does not comply with UK long distance selling practices. Reported to PayPal to ask for business removal. Reported to UK trading standards. Heed this warning.

Do NOT use this company - they hide all bad reviews comments, and if you are misfortune enough to get your order - it is like a kids DIY craft toy! I paid over £40 for 2 fridge magnets - One I got (eventually) and it was disgraceful - all chipped and nothing like my pet. The other one I never received and company won't issue a refund or return my emails - AVOID!!!

Scammers, do not order, waiting on my parcel for lore than a month, no money and the tracking number keeps on processing…
Also I ordered from a .co.uk site no reason for it to be shipped from China!
Dispute has been opened with Paypal and my bank

Shambles of a company- if you’re expecting an order don’t bother it won’t come, I tried to cancel but they say orders been dispatched however its been over a month now they won’t respond. Scamming for £15-£20 is ridiculous bunch of old farts

I would give nothing if i could. I’ve just been on to PayPal who straight away refunded my money. No questions asked. They obviously know that it’s not a genuine company.
