Their service is tragic – I bought several peonies for our company that still haven't arrived. I asked them to send an invoice and I'm already writing for the fifth time, but they are unable to do it. People have just orbited the Moon, yet this company is unable to write an invoice. I do not recommend them.

Terrible experience with customers service, missing one of the particular peony in the package. And I asked them to re-send the peony again but they only wanted to do the refund of the peony. Then that means I have to pay the shipping cost one more time if I buy the peony again.
Customer services care nothing about the problem they created for me and just want to do the refund so they finish their work.
I payed for the shipping and they refund only for the peony itself. And making it so I need to pay one more time for shipping if I'm going to buy the same peony that they did not add in the package. That is ridiculous. I am not the one messing up here, you are.

Finally received my replacement item after they originally shipped my order missing one plant. Unfortunately, I’m still not satisfied. The new package arrived without any label at all, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. It also left me unsure whether they even sent the correct replacement. Overall, the experience hasn’t given me much confidence in their quality control

I ordered the peony Pastelegance (bare root), and it was worth every cent. The root arrived strong, healthy, and of excellent quality. The price was also more competitive compared to other sellers in NL, DE, or FR. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely order again.
