I needed help with my pensions as I was in a bit of a pickle and didn't know where to start (whenever anyone mentioned the word pension I would immediately glaze over). I contacted Pension Pulse after reading reviews and doing a little googling, and within 2 weeks I was all sorted. All staff were very attentive, patient and polite, explained everything without all the "pension jargon" and I was advised on the best way to go. They also call when they say they will, answer the phone when you ring and follow through on actions they need to take. I now know where I stand when I retire and it's a huge weight off my mind.
