Ink runs dry too quickly. Pen does not work way too many times. Have to do squiggles or something to get it started. Stylus is GREAT; love that feature. Too bad the writing part does not support that greatness.

The logo that I wanted on the pens was not put on and I couldn't stop the printing. I still have not received a refund for the cost of the logo to be printed on the pens. I ordered the Gel pens to get smooth writing but many of them leak and put messy globs of ink everywhere.

Hello Ann,
We appreciate you taking a moment to share this. It is great to know your experience has been consistently positive. Thank you for choosing us and for your continued trust.
WE have ordered this pen multiple times, we have always ordered blue - I was disappointed when I received the pens and they are black ink. I realize it was my error but as a returning customer I would have expected a contact to verify our order. the cost was way more than I expected - and now they are on sale - very disappointed in customer service for a returning customer

I was pleasantly surprised to receive this pen and see how beautifully it writes and handles and that it was such a reasonable price. I plan to take one to the doctor's office where I work to show him for consideration.
