Thanks so much for your feedback! We're sorry to hear the imprint size wasn’t quite what you expected. While we're glad to hear it's still okay, we'd love to get it just right for you next time!
The product is very good. Ordering processing was easy. The product was shipped few days. The quality of print is poor. I would like it to be more sharp and stand out. Over all good buy. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the products that you received. We are sorry to hear you found the printing poor on the pens received. An email was sent to you with more details.
This is one of the smoothest pens that I have used, especially for it being a "buy in bulk" pen. All 3 colors work great, and the quality is top notch! Definitely a 10/10 and will purchase again.
