First time user of Penninkhoffashion…
First time user of Penninkhoffashion website. Impressive service. My boots were delivered within the 5 days promised and beautifully packaged. Rarely have I come across an internet purchase delivered as fast as that to Ireland. Also, the delivery tracking number wasn't on the email so I asked for it and got a same day response with an apology and the tracking number. Highly recommend!

USA delivery was awesome!
My order was successfully received within 5 days. For USA customers exchange and return was challenging, however, I received a call and resolved the matter within a week.

The goods i received were in a poor condition. Threads were sticking out from both skirt and jacket as though they have been used before. I had to retun the ordered goods.

The structure of the fabric of the clothing that you have ordered is a woven ribbon thread in a sporty look. That ends of threads protrude from the fabric is correct. However, I can understand that you rated this as: Poor condition. We will adjust the description of the article so that the structure of the substance is described better and in more detail.

Apparently the color of the pants that we had ordered for you in Italy is not the color you wanted. Very unfortunate because you wanted these pants (in the right color for you) so badly. We have already indicated to you by e-mail that you can return the pants and that we will compensate you correctly for the costs that you incur for this. Delivery Charges
