bought razer controller it is still in its first-year warranty period Pemlosa won't repair or replace told me to go to third party insurer to try have it repaired the product is only 10months old insurers won't help till after manufacture warranty ends, razer would have mended it if Pemlosa were an affiliated seller. Worst after sales ever plus they are not an affiliated seller of razer, so it voids the warranty with razer themselves save £20 to have no warranty great deal beware when buying off this seller
razer give two year warranty you state to give 1 year on you shop front you are not affiliated seller and cannot give a manufacturer warranty at this point in time for razer i have given fact which is true at this point30/09/2022
I forwarded your proof of purchase from pemlosa via Amazon to our warranty team and have failed to proceed with a warranty claims as they have validated that it's not part of Razer's authorized reseller. I would highly recommend contacting your reseller for the warranty claim. It would be best to contact them for a replacement. We understand that you need your Razer device for your gaming sessions. However, Razer will not be able to honor a Limited Warranty on Products not purchased from an authorized dealer

I noticed there is a 1 star review on this company. Its complete rubbish. You shouldn't write a 1 star review based on the fact that the price they paid matched prices elsewhere. This does not make the company any less reputable or trustworthy.

I purchased a steel series wireless mouse at 1/3 of the RRP. The mouse is great, I already have one anyway but I wanted a second. But more importantly this review is based on the company. I rate them 5 star, price was amazing, product arrived fast, communication from the seller was great, and there was a little friendly note on the package.
