DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have purchased twice from Pelican and was let down on both occasions. The first I put in an order, got accepted then got told they have sold the stock elsewhere and refunded me - I thought OK maybe this was just an error on their part. The second order I put in I did not receive the goods I ordered/that were advertised. Upon speaking to the company they acknowledged that they were in the wrong and had sold me the incorrect item (I ordered a large number of 400ml bottles and received 300ml) yet refused to accept a return or even offer a partial refund despite admitting fault and me not receiving the goods ordered. FURTHERMORE the EAN on the item I received corresponds with the 400ml bottle NOT a 300ml bottle leading me to believe they could be inauthentic goods.

I have made a complete loss on these items, spending money on storage, having to get the items returned from Amazon as this is where they were being sold and it was them that highlighted the error of goods!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Complete scam artists with no morals or customer loyalty.

Pelican Wholesale: A Horrible Experience
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Pelican Wholesale. My experience with them was nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and deeply unpleasant.

I placed an order with them for a product and paid £1800 upfront. Initially, they confirmed that the product was in stock and ready for delivery. However, after 10 days of waiting, I was informed that the product was no longer available. This was shocking, especially after they had explicitly confirmed its availability at the time of my order.

At that point, they offered me an alternative product, but I was not interested in it. Over the course of this ordeal, I was in contact with three different individuals – Rashid, Sam, and another representative. In the beginning, they were polite and responsive, but once they had my money, the customer service went downhill fast. I had to chase them endlessly, calling, emailing, and getting no answers in return. It felt like I was being completely ignored, and at times, I feared I had lost my £1800.

The situation became even more infuriating when they stopped acknowledging my emails, especially regarding the refund. When I escalated the matter and mentioned legal action, they suddenly started telling me that the refund was in process. However, every day they gave me a different excuse, and the situation was never resolved in a timely or professional manner.

Rashid, in particular, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The politeness they showed at the time of placing the order quickly disappeared, and I was left dealing with a company that seemed to have no regard for its customers. I had to repeatedly contact them, literally going from pillar to post, to get my money back. It was an exhausting and unpleasant experience.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with Pelican Wholesale. My experience with them was a complete nightmare, and I would never recommend them to anyone. The level of customer service was appalling, and I wouldn't trust them with any future orders. Buyer beware!
