Calls himself an accountant when in fact he’s a bookkeeper. He claims he submitted my self assessment yet 4 weeks on I’ve got no acknowledgement from HMRC and no paperwork. When I queried this he tells me to go ask HMRC. If I was going to ask HMRC myself what did I appoint this guy for. He’s the most unprofessional person in the field and like they say you get what you pay for. Now it makes sense why this guy charged £100. Avoid this guy at all costs. Worst experience ever!!

He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained the compulsory VAT and voluntary registration rules in detail. He also advised me on monitoring whether my business has or will have a VAT registration threshold.
