Delivered on time. Have not worn every day as I am wearing open sandals at the moment and it's not a good look with sandals. Wear at night and will wear more come Autumn.

Appalling customer service. Asked to send an item back and I've just been ignored for days upon end. No intention of giving me a refund or wanting to help out.

I had to redirect my parcel as Evri wouldn’t deliver to us. Usually I just end up with a refund and no goods but this time they went out of their way to change the delivery details. Fabulous customer service. Thank you

Good quality, Delivery on time.

After one week there was significant improvement in the bunion on my right foot. I will wear it again to hopefully gain more improvement.

No instructions...... Doesn't do anything.... As can't even get it on.... Waste of 29.00.... not recommended.

I ordered PEDINEO LONDON product. When it arrived we opened one and could see this was not the quality expected for this price and the fit was not acceptable, so I sent a mail to return this for a full refund (As per the customer Satisfaction Guarantee) They offered me a tiny compensation to keep it, I refused.

They then sent mail with an address in France? PENDINEO LONDON? Post to France? I had to pay a massive 12 Pounds to send to tracked and secure to France. (In my experience with this type of company, they say they didn't receive)

They sent it to me from the UK!!!I have mailed 3 times to ask why to post to France. NO REPLY! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE, USE AMAZON with superior options and genuine customer care and understand what 100% customer satisfaction means.

The order was promptly delivered and the product itself is already proving to be helping.

Purchase was just what my wife was looking for. So dar they have improved her condition. Does exactly what was promised.

Fast delivery, easy to use, discreet to wear. Still early days yet but hoping ti see improvement soon. I’m still in the 1st week.

I have tried many different products and this is by far the best. I started getting pain on the underside of my foot causing pain to my second toe, but since using this, the pain has subsided and I can see a great improvement with my bunion, it doesn't hurt now to wear certain shoes. So I'm very happy with the results so far and looking forward to continuing using and seeing even better results. I would highly recommend this product and seller as it was easy to order and fast delivery

DO NOT BUY!! Would give 0 stars if possible. Caused extreme pain and they slip out of place round to the top of your foot! Pedineo refused to refund as it was "past the 14 day cooling off period". Emails were curt and rude. I contacted them with my complaint before 14 days was up, then tried to persevere with the advice to "wear only at night to prevent slipping around the foot" despite the website stating that they can be worn anytime when you are at home! Added to that, I woke frequently with them having slipped round my foot returning the big toe to it's deformed state and also in extreme pain. They still refused to refund my money - awful customer service!
