incorrect sizing/cut of a jacket although label was correct, likely poor quality assurance or similar. specifically, 54cm pit to pit for a 38 size jacket. nothing to compare with other 38 jackets i have tried from them. had to return it, but I was charged for that, like it is my fault or preference that they labelled the jacket randomly.

The clothes were nice quality and the fit was as described. However, I sent two support emails after placing my order to info@ and received no response whatsoever which is disappointing.

Quality, fit and competitively priced shirt(s).
This is not the first time, ordering a shirt from Peckham Rye. I stumbled upon this store, quite by accident, and I am glad I did. The shirt is a superb cut, fits me well, good price, and has been washed several times, and still looks as good. They had a sale, so took advantage and ordered two more shirts. The order process was straight forward, and the items arrived as advised.

I ordered a shirt from Peckham Rye and was happy with it, however the sizes are large so I needed a smaller size. I sent the shirt back 1st class and sent an email to them a couple of days later to confirm I’d sent it back, to advise I’d be ordering a replacement smaller size and to ask when I can expect a refund for the original item. 3 weeks have passed and I have had no response despite filling in a contact form on there website and messaging on them via instagram in addition to the original email. Customer service is non existent. Ironically I felt compelled to write this review due to an automatic email sent to me by Peckham Rye asking for feedback on my order.

Good products , definitely i will order in the future.

Costs way too much to return an item and customer services wouldn't respond to me. The tie that I brought is of a fine quality so if you order make sure you are 100% that you want the item. If the item is a slightly different colour in real life to the screen then you are a tenner down.

Nice quality trousers, delivered within stated time.

Read other reviews after ordering and was slightly concerned but no need to worry.

Worst returns experience I've ever seen.

The website has a scrolling banner suggesting "Easy returns". That is not my experience.

Returns are not free, and I've only been given 1 option to pay £6.27 to return 5 ties. Feels absolutely extortionate.

I wasn't particularly expecting to have to pay to return, you rarely do! But the fact that I've got to print a label, drive to a DPD parcel shop, and pay a completely inflated postage cost has brought me here... Not "Easy" at all!

Naturally I don't like to pay, but I do understand that this happens... but not being able to choose how to return the item... and being given only 1 option is really annoying.

Thought I'd note it here in case anyone is wondering how the returns process is handled.

The excellently made jacket arrived on time and fitted perfectly. The packaging and delivery was well executed.
