Fab service and great communication
I have purchased multiple Suzuki models from Pebley Beach, and the service has always been great, from the initial sale, to the service team. Recently, I purchased a Suzuki Ignis which needed a rear camera fitted. There was unfortunately a delay with camera, but Scott kept me well informed going through the process. I've had the car for approx. 2 weeks now and I'm very happy with it! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 is well deserved.

Mot failed with citing wiper blade not…
Mot failed with citing wiper blade not clearing the screen properly. To my surprise, I just replaced brand new Bosch wipers just less than two months ago! they provided no video or photo evidence to confirm why they failed it. Then was told one tyre is below legal limit, though there was no video photo evidence,
It is cos they said so no one can challenge them as their verdict is final. but defo next time take photos of all of your tyres and ensure you can challenge their failures. Tbh,I think old pebbley beach was better since new ownership taken over it appears to rip off customers, tbh I ll try elsewhere next time

Brilliant Service
In a world where personal service doesn't seem to exist any more, I was amazed by the service I got when buying my Suzuki S Cross.
I was sent a video of the car I was interested in immediately. As I live a long way from Cirencester this was immensely helpful. They also kindly reserved the car for me despite not really knowing if I would end up buying it.
I dealt with the same person from start to finish. He was kind and also offered a decent price for my part exchange car, unlike 2 previous car dealerships.
All in all I have got a fabulous car and the whole experience was uplifting and efficient.

Over several years I have always found the dealership to be so helpful and they always put the customer first. Very consistent service. Craig has always looked after me and he was very supportive with my change over to a mobility car. Never pushy sales which is good and patience with my many questions. Other members of the team acknowledged me. I would highly recommend this dealership. The car was ready earlier than expected and the process was seamless. Thank you!
