They claim it only takes 3 pumps to cover hair but I have shoulder length thin hair and it took about 12 pumps. And the color only lasted about 3 days. Won’t order again. Way too much packaging also which probably contributes to the hefty price.

The color depositing shampoo works well…
The color depositing shampoo works well to cover gray hair- my hair is so soft afterwards using this shampoo and no chemical smell afterwards. My hands do get a little stained but not terribly, easy fix to wear gloves. I used the dark brown and it blends my grays very well.

I have not received my product
I have not received my product, it was returned to the sender for some reason. I have reached out 6 times and no response from their support email. What good is the support email if nobody answers it!! What a scam. I'm disputing with my credit card and will tell everyone not to order from them!

I really wanted this product to work
I really wanted this product to work, especially considering the price. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a complete disappointment.
First, the delivery took far too long. I placed my order (#PW44071) on August 2nd and did not receive it until September 1st—almost a full month later. For a premium-priced product, I expected a much better shipping experience.
The packaging and bottle design are beautiful and definitely feel luxurious, but unfortunately, the actual product did absolutely nothing for my gray hair. I followed the instructions carefully, yet my gray roots were still completely visible afterward. It simply did not cover my grays at all. For a product this expensive, I don’t think that’s acceptable.
Overall, it feels like more effort and money went into creating beautiful, high-end packaging than into making the product actually work. The presentation is impressive, but between the month-long delivery and the complete lack of results on my gray hair, I am extremely disappointed.

I really wanted this product to work
I really wanted this product to work. I did apply to dry hair, I guessed that was the correct thing to do. 2 or 3 pumps what a joke more like 9 to lather shoulder length hair. My hands and nails did stain. My Grey roots prevailed. I did notice that I got more clear product than anything not much dark. So very disappointing. It appears that they spent more on the bottle container design than the product. I tried it twice second time today 9/7. Order #PW65931

Easy gray coverage
This is an easy to use Shampoo Color - I put it on and wait 15 mins and then shampoo and condition as normal.

My experience with this company has been terrible. The information on their website is inaccurate, the product took far too long to arrive, and when it finally arrived, they sent the wrong item. Worst of all, they have not responded to my requests for an exchange or refund. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

Instructions are NOWHERE on the bottle or box
NOWHERE on the bottle, or the box or on any included instructions does it say to apply shampoo on dry hair. I wasted a lot of this expensive product.
If you are to create lather on your hands,HOW do you go about applying the palms of your hands to the roots?
I want a refund or a replacement to see if this product works.
It is difficult to pump straight into your hand as it seeps down an unnecessary edge.

I really wanted to like this product
I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately it did not work for my hair. The color simply did not deposit as expected, so I was left with essentially no noticeable color change. The product also arrived leaking.
To be fair, the customer service representatives I dealt with were always pleasant and polite. However, actually getting the refund that their website advertises was an entirely different story. What should have been a simple return and refund turned into a long back-and-forth saga. I repeatedly explained the issue, provided the requested information and even sent a video, yet instead of simply processing the refund, I was continually told that the issue was being reviewed or forwarded to another team.
The experience left me feeling like the process was being dragged out in the hopes that the 30-day refund window would expire. Eventually, after multiple follow-ups, they did proceed with the refund.
My biggest takeaway is that if you purchase this product and it doesn’t work for your hair, be prepared to put in considerably more effort than their advertised refund policy would lead you to believe. Pleasant customer service is appreciated, but a straightforward refund should actually be straightforward.
The product may work well for some people, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me, and the refund experience was far more difficult than it needed to be.

I just Spencer bottle did not work…
I just Spencer bottle did not work correctly. In other words the color wouldn't come out I tried to clear it but it didn't work. I did accelerate hair to fall out after coloring.

Very disappointed
This shampoo may deposit some color, but I am very disappointed with it. I ordered dark brown, and I don’t even consider the coverage medium brown. Don’t waste your money! There is not an option to add photos, or I would do that.

Bad product bad customer experience
As soon as I put this on my head, it started to burn my skin so I immediately shampooed it out with cool water. The company sent me an email to see how I liked it and I told them what happened. They said I would get a refund but then I got another email saying before they could refund me, which I NEVER asked for, said they need a picture to verify. How insulting! I told them it’s been a week since I used it and if they think I’m trying to fraud their company, shame on them and that I’d just be making an honest to gawd review. Beware.

I just tracked my order from Pearwood and can see its shipping from Hong Kong. I try very hard to avoid products made in China. Especially ones consumed or absorbed. I should have done a deeper dive into this product but got swept up by the advertisement. I feel foolish and duped.

Color came out nice!
The shampoo was easy to use and the packaging was unique. My hair color turned out nicely revived. My only negative is the scent is not the most delightful. I did use my favorite conditioner after the 15 minutes to mask the shampoo smell. Overall I would say I am pleased.

The reason the product takes so long to receive is because it ships from Hong Kong, unlike their website says it ships from Lawrence, MA. Don't like when a company lies on their site!
