We had an emergency veterinary issue with our dog. We received prompt, detailed and reassuring advice from the doctor that responded to our inquiry. The doctor was knowledgeable and empathetic. Fortunately, it all worked out well for us and our pet. Thank you.

The service was great. The Dr was very helpful and time sensitive. Fortunately, I didn't have to seek any further services. My dog was up and active after some Pedialyte and rest. Thank you

What a fantastic service. Initially Dr Porter advised treatment., then Dr Noel Berger took on the case. What impressed me most was the continual follow up. Whilst I really like and trust my usual vet, follow-up is not a strong point. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I had an extremely unusual question about laws in South Carolina and a Lawyer responded to me within 2 minutes. I was even able to speak with him over the phone and he sent me several links to my email to better help me understand the particular laws I was asking about. Also he send me a like for someone that is trying to fight the same battle as me so that we could try and link forces! I would definitely use this again!!!

The questions I had were answered and was given information to agencies were I could contact for the situation I am trying to take care of.

Excellent veterinarian support when my cat became ill over a weekend period. The advice was detailed and over a timely period so didn't feel rushed or generic. I received peace of mind so highly recommend. Only cost NZ $8.

Great conversation and advice, but the choice of chatting or conversating via phone should be offered in the beginning. You should not offer to chat for $40 and in the process of chatting, offer to have a phone conversation for an extra $59. This was my big concern, I would have opt out of chatting and moved to conversate via phone. I have paid $40 to chat, $59 to speak to someone via phone, and a $5 fee. This was not right at all!

I had an Estate question and Michael was not only quick to respond, he offered sound advice for our family to consider. As well, he was so open to answering future questions without any hurry to close my enquiry

I requested assistance with a poison related concern. I explained what happened, the Veterinarian asked follow-up questions and requested additional information to make sure she knew my dog's health status. I was satisfied with the ease of submitting my concern and the speed in which I received a response. The price of the call was also very reasonable.

The feel back were quick, and I'm very thankful I took this route to get in touch with experts.
