Mick was really great
Mick was really great. He listened to my issue and not only worked on the areas to help. He also gave me advice on how to combat my muscles tightening again. Would recommend them highly!

Mick was amazing as usual!
Mick was amazing as usual, been having a few issues with my lower back and Mick has sorted me right out. Well worth it if you are having any muscle issues.

Mick is the best
Mick is the best! I have had many physio treatments and massages but Mick knows more than all of them put together. He identifies and treats the areas that you don't even know you need sorting. If you are thinking about booking a massage then stop thinking and book one.

Highly recommended service.
90 min sports massage with Mick was great. He was knowledgable, professional and happy to explain where my movement limitations were and recommend the relevant stretch exercises.
PeakForm concept of “we come to you” is great.

Great treatment - highly recommend
I used to be a sports therapist so am super fussy when it comes to getting a sports massage. I was really impressed - methodical, good pressure, specifically tailored treatment to match my needs. Would highly recommend.

First class treatment and feedback to help me with my ongoing fitness
I had my first treatment with Mick yesterday and was really pleased with the care, skill and knowledge he shared with me I session.
I had a recurring glute and leg issue causing pain in my hip and was struggling with mobility in my left shoulder, this was all addressed effectively in the session. I have treatments before but Mick's knowledge and skill using both deep tissue manipulation as well as stretching. I've not had the stretching in a treatment before but he talked me through the reasons for each step and how it functions and effects other areas to release tension and pain.
I was very happy with my treatment and will be booking again to help maintain my fitness as I'm working out to the degree I am I want to avoid further injury.

Absolutely great - after a few injury issues this was very much needed. So comprehensive whilst still allowing for time to be spent on problem areas.
Fantastic at sharing information as well as take away advice on things to work on to improve mobility.
