As a first time customer to Peaked Apparel, I am a bit disappointed with the overall service provided. I received my order on Thursday 6th February and contacted Peaked Apparel regarding an exchange or refund for the products. Both the shopify email and email on the website have both bounced back and no response received. I message their Instagram account and although received a response saying the issue with emails. There has not been any further contact regarding my exchange or refund and after further 3 messages, they have not replied. I am very disappointed with this and makes me not want to purchase from their website again.

Prints good, quality is good. The size large is a little bit small for its size but its alright

Deliveries quick , quantity good . At times when I’ve needed help or a refund Danielle was so helpful

5* as always for this brand! Got put onto this brand by an ex and never looked back, will own about 2 jumpers, 4/5 tshirts and a beanie and a tote bag from them!

I have been waiting for my order for 2 months now. After writing several emails, no response. Opened a case with PayPal, no response. Very poor customer service. Was definitely satisfied once. But now no longer recommended...

Ordered 2 items that didn’t fit and had to put in a return request. It took a week and two emails to get the return address and I had asked other questions in my email that were completely ignored. I re-ordered the items and I was then sent a hoodie when I ordered a T-shirt. I emailed about this it has since been a week and I’ve had no response. Responses from customer service are appalling. Given it’s a small business I understand why wait times will be longer, but a week to receive a return address is just ridiculous and you have no access to the return address until you receive an email back. I really think this is a business that creates cool and interesting products that I would otherwise love but I don’t feel I would purchase again as I’m still waiting for a refund that I’m not even convinced I’m gonna get at this point given the poor customer service.

The quality of clothing is fantastic however what is even better is the customer service.

I've been nonstop emailing and complain thay they sent me the wrong tshirt but no reply it's been 2 weeks now

Great designs and pricing, quick delivery. However, slow to reply to emails and customer service needs a bit of a quicker response. Only reason I couldn't give 5 stars. Room to improve but still more impressive than well established clothing brands

Absolutely SHOCKING company! My girlfriend purchased a tshirt for me, and unfortunately it was too small. She put in for a refund and sent it back. She purchased 2 other tshirts on the same day (16/07) as sending the other one back. She paid £6 for next day delivery! Nothing has arrived a week and a half later! They do not respond to emails or messages! She sent a message on instagram, it was read and ignored. AWFUL COMPANY! AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE

I'm a long time customer and I received an unusual t-shirt where two designs are on one t-shirt so it's faulty. I ordered a Nurse Joy t-shirt and that design was on the back and an Ariel design from a different t-shirt was on the front. I don't know how that could possibly happen.

Shopped here quite few times about 10 times overall and the quality of product is really good and never really had any issues .but this time I had Issues I ordered two T-shirts and only received one I’ve messaged the company multiple times and on different platforms and I got some response saying they would send out new Tshirt with a tshirt confirmation when it had been dispatched ……. but still haven’t received any think and I spoke to them on the 25/6/24 and still nothing from them since!!!!!! luckily I ordered through using third party app to pay and have paused the other payment on there and reorder a tshirt separately

Really good quality, love the Rugrats so had to get the hoodie 10/10 would recommend can’t wait to get more products :)
