Peachtreeproperty Anmeldelser

can’t recommend Peachtree Properties highly enough. From my very first meeting through to accepting an offer, the whole team made what could have been a very stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed.

A special thank you to Stacey and the rest of the team, including the lovely younger trainee team member, who was also incredibly professional, friendly, and a real credit to the company. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to providing an excellent service.

My property was priced appropriately, they kept me informed at every stage, and everything was handled efficiently and smoothly. Their knowledge of the local market gave me real confidence, and I’m delighted with the outcome.

Living with disabilities means everyday tasks can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the team were incredibly understanding, patient, and supportive. They took the stress out of the process and always treated me with kindness and respect. That compassionate approach made a genuine difference, and I’ll always be grateful for it.

I’d also like to praise the independent Home Report surveyors they arranged. They were equally professional, thorough, and helpful, providing an excellent service from the outset and making the entire process even easier.

If you’re looking for an estate agent who combines expertise, outstanding customer service, and genuine care for their clients, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peachtree Properties. Thank you to Stacey, the trainee team member, and everyone else involved for making such an important milestone a positive and stress-free experience.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have sold twice now with Peachtree Properties and also recently bought a house through them.

Stacy has always been professional, friendly, efficient and consistently gone over and above my expectations every time.

One of the things I value most is their communication. They kept in regular contact and provided updates every step of the way, so I never felt left in the dark. That level of transparency and reliability makes such a difference during what can often be a stressful process.

My most recent sale was far from easy. The house sale fell through more than once, and there was the constant worry that I might lose my new home. It was an incredibly stressful and upsetting time. Throughout it all, Amanda and Lilly consistently went that extra mile. They kept me fully informed, stepped in where others fell short, and handled everything with genuine care, dedication, and professionalism.

Their reassurance, hard work, and unwavering commitment made an enormous difference to me. I truly felt supported every step of the way.

I would never sell with anyone else going forward and will wholeheartedly and confidently recommend Peachtree Properties to anyone looking for truly exceptional service.

Excellent service from start to finish. They made selling my flat simple and stress-free kept me well informed throughout, and achieved a great result. Highly recommend

Stacy and her team handled my sale with real expertise and skill. They were transparent, approachable and worked extremely hard to secure the best deal available for us. Would highly recommend.

I sold my flat with Peachtree and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Stacy and the team were always available when I had any questions and nothing was ever a hassle. Cannot recommend the team highly enough. Best estate agents by a country mile!

Excellent service !!! Made the whole process easy, start to finish. Would highly recommend.

I sold and bought with Peachtree property and Stacy and the team were professional, responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. Viewings were well organised and I received an offer within an hour of first viewer.

Sold my house using Peachtree and they were excellent, so helpful. The team were available to help and answers questions whenever I needed it at what can be a stressful time. Would recommend as the only estate agent to use in the Renfrew area

Stacey and her team are very helpful and professional in handling the sale of my property. Definitely 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Stacey and Team.

Stacey came out and done a wee walk around/valuation. She was great! On time, polite and really helpful. Will definitely use peachtree moving forward! Was very knowledgeable too.

I feel that my experience with Peachtree on more than one instance of purchasing a house has left me very disappointed and upset.

I feel that they were misleading and dismissive of me bringing up issues that in the end went unresolved.

To me it felt that there was something not right and I then discovered that the house they sold belonged to someone in their family.

The experiences with their home reports carried out by Allied Surveyors had left me feeling mislead. Their categories score very high but in fact when the home report was carried out by a separate surveyor, the high scores were discovered not to be 1’s which we felt was a failure in duty of care. It left me feeling suspicious and unable to trust both Peachtree and Allied Surveyors when serious faults were discovered in the property at a first glance when I received the keys.

My impression of the home reports and the presentation of the properties I purchased through social media was that it was not an accurate representation.

A house is the biggest purchase you will potentially ever make in your life. To be mislead about what you are purchasing is extremely upsetting and disappointing when you receive the keys and discover serious faults. I feel that it is a complete failure and misrepresention.

In my experience I would recommend to do thorough research and be very careful if you are dealing with an estate agent. Challenge the home report and be very diligent when viewing a property. First time buyers especially.

In the future I will not be viewing any properties by them and sharing my experience friends and family to inform them.
