Complete scam this company
Complete scam this company, yet they still seem to be releasing new collections.
Ordered well over a month ago and had no updates on shipping, and did not even receive an email confirmation of my order. When I finally went on the online chat and chased the order up I got an AI response saying it is yet to be produced. There is no option on the website to claim a refund so I have had to file a claim via my bank to get my money back.
Wish id read the reviews on here before ordering. Surely only a matter of time until this company is gone.

I ordered items on September 5th
I ordered items on September 5th, 2025 with the hope the items would be shipped in the advertised 10-15 days as I had tickets to go see the Bills play in Buffalo this past Sunday (October 5th, 2025). I made a purchase for other parties who were hopeful to have these items for the game and were greatly disappointed. It’s been an entire month now and we still haven’t received any items, the company has left us in the dark with no response as to when or if the products are still coming.
As someone who works in retail, this is extremely poor customer service. Don’t advertise delivery dates if you cannot fulfill them in a timely fashion. 10 days has turned into well over 30 with no update.
Nobody wants to pay hundreds of dollars and receive nothing in return. The products look like quality but unfortunately most likely will not return and will cancel my orders.

2 months - still no sweater!
Terrible experience! I’ve been waiting for my sweater for 2 months and all they will tell me is that it’s still in the initial “production phase”. I’m starting to think I will never receive the item.

How is this place still open?!
How is this place still open. I ordered 2 shirts and after a month they gave me a notice it's a special made by order and it might take a while. After 2 months, no communication and ghosted my complaints. It wasn't until I reported a fraudulent transaction through my visa did they reply back saying they were willing to expedite my order or refund me finally.

If I could rate them a zero I would. I ordered my item on August 24 for someone’s birthday in September and it’s October and I still haven’t received it! It is still marked as unfulfilled as well!
I am deeply upset at the lack of communication and lies. The company sent an email saying they upgraded my shipping to express and I should receive a tracking order in 7 business days. That was sent on September 19..
I love to support Canadian businesses and the birthday boy was looking forward to his gift. I’m deeply disappointed and will be telling everyone I know not to shop here!
I’m left not knowing what happened to the package or if I’ll be refunded.

Disappointing Experience- Would Not Order Thru Them Again
October 8th update - be warned that Peace Collective will reply to all of the terrible reviews through Trust Pilot but none of the emails sent to their customer service team. After sending daily emails, I finally went thru the orders portal and requested a refund. I did receive an email back (no apologies or acknowledgment of their delays), saying I would get a refund confirmation shortly. Almost a week later I still don’t have that email or have the charges showed up on my card. And to add insult to injury….after the promised refund email, the next email was telling me my order was on its way.
Absolutely brutal and a scam. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money.
Similar to what I’m reading in these reviews, the shipping time is extremely long (I’m in Toronto) and the customer service is non-existent. I’ve been supporting and buying from Peace Collective since they started and it’s always been a great experience, until now. I ordered two shirts a month ago and cannot get a hold of an actual person for the life of me. The only email I received was a canned response that my shipment was delayed, though no indication of when it would arrive. I’ve requested a refund, though based on these reviews I’m not holding my breath. It’s a shame as I loved this company and all they do, but this experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth. Either they need to expand their customer service team or figure out what’s happening with production. Clearly they’re losing a lot of customers, though from the replies I’m seeing to these reviews - they don’t seem to be resolving the issues.

The worst customer service
The worst customer service. Their products are way too expensive and yet they still can’t ship it after a full month of ordering. There’s absolutely zero reason for that I’m in Canada I’ve never experienced such shipping delays for something that’s coming from across the world much less my own country.

Purchased an item for my daughter on…
Purchased an item for my daughter on August 4. The item never actually shipped. I contacted the company several times to be told the same thing over and over again, that the item was being prepared and would be shipping as soon as possible. At one point they kept telling me that it would ship in seven business days and then it never shipped. So I would contact them again and receive the same information. To date, today is September 24, the item is still just confirmed and has not shipped. I contacted the company a week and a half ago asking them to issue a refund and they never responded to my email or issued the refund. At this point I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I am writing this review so that everyone is aware of how they run their business.

Shipping is a mess, quality is low
They have a terribly process from the beginning. Shipping takes a month, and the quality of their shirts vary so much that I won't take the chance anymore. Three of my t-shirts were such thin quality of material that they were see-through (could see my chest tattoos through them), and the graphic came off in the wash after three washes. Literally peeled right off and disintegrated. On the other hand, one sweatshirt shrunk so much after the first wash, it was unwearable. Another shirt, LA dodgers black shirt, was so oversized, the arms went way past the elbows and it was so boxy. No one would look good in this shirt. For the prices being so high, you would think quality control would be better and shipping would be fast.

Don’t order anything online from Peace Collected Your Money.
I have shopped at the Distillery location and generally like the products but I WISHED I READ THE REVIEWS of the many here who ordered online and are still waiting on their orders to arrive.
I ordered back mid-August and am still waiting for Peace Collective to send me a status of “shipped”. I’ve emailed support and got the “it’s part of our ‘on demand’ program (ON DEMAND 😂) and is taking longer to ship. It was slated to go out last week but we now estimate it will ship in the next 7 days”
This timeline has lapsed and honestly if I didn’t do any follow up no one there would be on top of this. Please don’t feed me your canned response of how you should be operating in these situations and just be better.

The most disappointing experience ever
FINAL FINAL UPDATE (Oct 1): After I posted what I assumed would be my final update, they edited their reply to indicate they’ve tried to reach out to me multiple times when indeed they have not. For the record, I have checked my spam inbox and also there were no further replies to the email thread. Disappointing they would try to cover their lack of communication by lying.
FINAL UPDATE (Oct 1): So on September 26th, they replied to my Trustpilot review and claimed that I would be hearing shortly back from the Customer Service team.. not surprisingly I did not. So on October 1st, I took matters into my own hands and took the defective garment to their Union Station store to ask for a refund. They offered me either a full refund or a store credit + $15. Given this ordeal, I requested for a full refund. I was lucky to live close to a store but I recognize that it may not be so convenient for others. I got my refund but honestly there were no apologies nor was the customer service anything to write home about when I went to their store. I was really hoping this order would be the first of many online orders but I won't be supporting them anymore.
UPDATE (Sept 25): I finally received a response 4 days later.. they completely dodged my request for a refund and offered a replacement or store credit instead, which is laughable considering my experience with them this summer. This whole ordeal has been completely disappointing, which is a shame because I genuinely love their clothing!

Honestly, this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. For context, I’ve supported Peace Collective over the years at their brick and mortar store.
I placed an order for a couple of shirts on July 2. The ETA then was July 14th. After multiple delays, I amended the order on August 1 to include a Blue Jays tank and was told I’d receive it in another 10–14 business days. Fast forward to mid-September, I couldn’t wait anymore and cancelled half of my order. The other half of my order finally arrived today and I opened the package only to find a completely blank blue tank. No logo. Nothing.
So not only did I have to cancel half the order just to get any kind of update, I waited over two months and still didn’t get what I paid for.
I’ve asked for a full refund at this point. Would not recommend ordering unless you enjoy wasting your time.

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered a hoody at the end of July to Scotland, so did expect to wait for it. It is now middle of September and had no response from the company about when it will be delivered despite emailing to ask. They even put up an insta post asking to email a particular email address about orders where they didn’t have the address which I did but still nothing. When I check the tracking my item it still sitting in the USA.
If your happy for a company to take your money and you get nothing in return then this is the shop for you!

Shipping Nightmare
Shipping Nightmare - I placed an order August 30th with 10-15 day shipping. The order is still set to confirmed status. This is a gift and will not make it in time. I have reached out to the company for an update and recieved no response. Considering their products are so heavily promoted and relatively expensive this customer service is extremely disappointing. I could have purchased a similar sweater for much faster shipping if I had known. I am looking for a refund if this does not get sorted this week.

I ordered three sweatshirts and received an email that one was out of stock. I was given three choices - a full refund, order another item or keep credit with additional $15 for my troubles - brilliant!! Very responsive via email and refund received quickly. I placed an order on July 19th for a gift for my husband. By August 16, almost a month later, it still had no arrived, nor was any tracking information updated. I emailed on the 16th asking for an update and received a response a few days later that I would be upgraded to priority shipping. Now on August 29, I still have not received my order or any tracking information. There have been no updates in communication from the company. I am incredibly disappointed and will never be ordering again. I am looking for a full refund of my order if I am ever able to get ahold of anyone from the company.

I placed my order weeks and weeks ago. No sign of the product. This is a GRIFT.
All attempts for refund of the money paid have been met with form letter excuses, a veiled threat that multiple complaints will knock you down the customer service cue!
The philanthropic excuse is RICH. someone is making bank on not delivering on their business promises.

Great Clothing, long waits to receive and poor communication
Ordered 2 items over a month ago, I received one after waiting 3 weeks (not sure where they ship from, but I live 2 hours from their locations).
The shirt I did receive is great, graphics are clear and crisp and the material is mid weight, very good quality. Based on that shirt, I’d planned to order more.
I can understand with made to order products that they will not be quick, but a month seems long, I’ve sent 2 emails asking for updates on whether or not it’s been made or ready to ship. No reply in a week.
Edit* I received my sweater 1 month and 10 days after ordering. Peace Collective offered me a discount to make up for the wait. I’ve not received and am not going to chase them for it. I messaged to let them know I received and was happy with the quality that was 6 days ago.
