I called my dog has an ear infection and currently not eating she’s sick and not healed I spoke to Katlin who was extremely rude .
Easter the register wasn’t open I called for a different concern.

I called today explain my dog isn’t well and she said they won’t see the dog so I said if she gets non responsive as she’s extremely sick what can I do she said I can make a complain and that is it her manager was speaking to someone on the phone!! Avoid !!

The reception staff are very rude and PDSA would rather PTS and Animal than make an animal better especially if you can't afford what they are asking. I'm on benefits and already struggling. My cats were dying and have died. PDSA made me pay in full before seeing my cat. I was left ok the waiting room for 35 mins as my cat died.. I called in through the emergency number and was still made to wait.. when I asked if I could make a donation as I'm struggling to pay the bill they said the bill needs to be paid in full.. both my cats died in the hands of PDSA.. RSPCA manage to keep the remaining cats alive.. so it just shows how much PDSA don't care about the animals and just care about money. Again the staff are very very rude

Cannot praise the staff at PDSA tollcross enough for what they do. They are caring and professional and I am so grateful for the help they have given me and my pets.

Vet was very supportive understanding and caring towards my dogs health and me

I am absolutely disgusted this time,
I had been attending Glasgow east pet hospital over a couple of days RE:- my beloved dogs vomiting and clearly in pain when touched around the abdominal area, the vet whom we seen did not take the situation as serious as i knew it was, examined him briefly and dismissed it as an upset stomach due to his current medication, and could not get rid of us quick enough, two hours later his condition rapidly deteriorated and we ended up in the 24hr pet hospital in Glasgow city center where my dog had to be euthinized hours later.

Absolutely an amazing service.
May be a long wait to get through by phone and a little long to wait once you have an appointment, but overall very grateful for their service and staff! Treatment and care was perfect

My puppy is on 13 weeks broke her elbow had X-ray done and was in for op in 2 days. I would not of been able to pay full amount and would of struggled to raise funds and may of got worse if was not for Pdsa I paid a small contribution towards op and know my dog is well looked after can not thank them enough for the help and support they have give not just to me but other people in same situation they are amazing

The staff are very friendly, and work hard to save animals. In my book that's fantastic, I'm just grateful that the PDSA are there for all animals, so 5 stars for the PDSA.

Absolutely wonderful pets hospital. Amazing staff who really listen and care. If it wasn’t for PDSA I would really struggle getting the medical help for my pets . Prices are really good compared to other vets . So happy there is places like this for people who struggle . I can’t fault them one bit . Keep the good work up and Thankyou very much x

Great service when you need help for your pet which you might not be able to afford. Reassuring there is a service out there to help.

PDSA Leicester were able to provide an emergency appointment the same day that I rang. On arrival I found the whole team from receptionist, nurse and Vet very professional caring and informative explaining every step of my dogs treatment and what to expect following his procedure. This was reassuring during a very stressful time. Because of PDSA Leicesters care my furry mate is well on the road to recovery. I would like to say a huge thank you to the whole team at PDSA Leicester. We are so lucky to have this brilliant facility available when needed and highly recommend PDSA Leicester and will not hesitate to request their care again. Many many thanks to all concerned.

Myself and my pet dog kye where welcomed extremely professionally by all staff at the Coco Marcus pdsa clinic,
Satisfaction on my dogs examination although he was very nervous but he was made to feel very comfortable with the assistance professionalism.

I had a great service when im able to get appointment, its alittle far away to get to as they closed the Local branch in Southend which makes Pitsea hard to get as I don't drive. That also puts a strain finances getting all the way up there. Plus its overwhelming there service up there as Pitsea is the only branch covering a massive area after closures of many different branches in the Essex County.
