Avoid them at all costs
I submitted my card to cover the cost of the 7-day service.
I canceled the plan immediately since I no longer needed their services, but now I’m stuck in a 30-day process where I’m unable to remove my card or delete my account.
What’s even worse is that the customer support team has been completely unhelpful. Even after I explained how frustrating it is not to have the option to remove my card directly through the UI, they provided no real solution.
Not to mention, they claim to be GDPR-compliant while clearly failing to respect those rules.
