come tutti, ho pagato per il servizio da 0.10€ e mi sono stati addebitati 49.90€ senza che mi abbonassi, non era scritto da nessuna parte.

Worst ever and they deduct money from my account without my consent I never had account on pdf direct and they deduct 50£ for membership when I tried to contact you there was no response.. So probably a Scam

Exactly the same experience as everyone, taking £49.50 (plus £0.1 charge) 24 hrs after using the site. I ensured I unsubscribed immediately after finishing using the site and took a screenshot for proof. I also received an email confirmation that I had unsubscribed on the day of use. Still they took £49.90.
Today I contacted my bank who agreed to refund the full amount. Coincidentally, today pdfdirect sent me an email saying that I didn't unsubscribe within 1 day and therefore layment was valid.....and then later today, received another email confirming that they fully refunding the money!!
I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them. Too much palaver!!and last 3 month still cut my account automatically. I use 16/10/25 next day cut 49.90e and again 17/11/25 and now 16/12/25 three time
it mean 49.90+49.90+49.90=149.70e
is it shit.....

All of the reviews on here are true i have had the same issue apple paid 10p no subscription mentioned then i received email to say payment successful 10p + 49.90. i emailed immediately and said what is going on did not agree they fobbed me off telling me cancel subscription despite me telling them i didnt subscribe they ignored me for days so i went direct to bank and now the bank have pulled money back they want to email me offering 50% i refused and told them leave me alone. this is daylight robbery i mean if i subscribed it would show in apple subscriptions or on my bank subscriptions they are stupid scammers to be honest l. STAY CLEAR
LOOK AT MY PROFILE PICTURE IT IS A EMAIL TRYING TO DETER ME FROM REQUESTING REFUND THROUGH BANK with contradictions because i already got refunded by the bank so email is a joke as it clearly states at the end of email:

what they really mean is the bank will BLOCK THEM from going back in your account, and they clearly had intention to charge again for fake subscription
DONT LISTEN TO THEM THE BANK HAVE TO REFUND YOIR MONEY emails are clear evidence of fraud.

Stay away folks. They tried twice to take money out from my account. Don't ever use them as they will try again and again

Dont fall for 0.10£ it wil be 49.90 in the nest 24 hours auto renew..

During the purchase there were no clear information that it will auto rebew for a pro subscription and what teh amount was.

If you ask for a full refund it will rake 30 days and investigation. If you want immediate refund it will take 5-7 days but it will only be 50%. Fraud!

Stay away!

Scam. They will charge you 10p to sign a PDF then charge your card £49.90 24 hours later, without you agreeing.

If this has happened to you, contact your bank and they should charge back the payment for you.

Scammers. Tried to charge me 49.50 for some reason.

Suddenly found they attempted to debit my account for £49.90. Luckily my bank stopped it and contacted me.
Immediately after this experience I found this site and discovered I'm not the only one. It's happened to others too

they lure you with 10 cents and then 49.50€ got charged without ever agreeing!

Scam. Charging 49€ for subscription which you never agreed to.

Paid €0,10 to download a compressed PDF despite no mention of a payment up to that point. It’s not a lot so paid it and 24 hours later they tried to take €49,50!
Bank stopped it going through and I have emailed them so I have proof I communicated with them. Seems similar scams are happening worldwide with similar name site.
