I’ve been waiting a month because they somehow shipped my order to an entirely different country. After countless emails trying to iron out this disaster, their customer support proved utterly useless and completely apathetic. They still can't tell me when—or if—I'll get my package, and it's painfully obvious they don't care once they have your money. The products might be fine per se, but their delivery and logistics are a catastrophic failure. Avoid at all costs!

Livrarea nu se face atunci când este menționat pe site. Am făcut o comanda de fix 8 zile și comanda trebuia sa ajungă acum 4 zile, asa era mentionat, dar, pana în ziua de azi, nu a ajuns.

I've ordered a controller from them and instead received a goddamn cable. The controller was not in stock so I had to order elsewhere. They've since promised to send me a courier to pick it up for a refund but guess what, a week later and no pickup. Please avoid at all cost.

You buy a product from a Romanian webshop and in case you want to send the product back, you have to send it to Hungary.
Transport costs are paid by you!
