Very good at what they do i will use them again 👍

I honestly think I wasn't going to get anything, due to the time and how I left it with credit card company. But you guys went to work and now I have some money back. And everything is ok again.

Thank you.

My own experience with TMS Legal has been excellent with great communication always from them although it does take a little while for the lenders to respond, TMS kept me informed at each point. I still have some more redress to apply for and have been guided by Shane who has been very helpful. I can only Highly recommended anyone to use TMS Legal for redress assistance.

Just sent me over £3000 for a credit card claim … I had no idea this was possible but they delivered. Awesome

Tms have now successfully achieved 2 upheld claims on my behalf.a big thankyou to all the team involved..

I used tms legal for a claim they was very assertive and kept me informed with my claim .I would definitely recommend this company

Was unsure if I had a case for being given multiple increases on a credit card limit, that I simply couldn't afford, but accepted as it was being offered to me by the lender.
TMS took on the claim and resulted in a successful redress. TMS handled everything from start to finish. They don't pester, they respond to questions timely and satisfactorily.

Excellent company tms legal they kept me updated with information whilst they fought my case i didn't think i would get a much back but was pleasantly surprised as this company got me an amazing result so i can have a early birthday present they definitely look after the little people when big companies take the mickey and harass and put extra interest fees on credit cards highly recommend you use this company you will have to be patient but with excellent customer service and they should pat themselves on the back also be proud of themselves thanks again really impressed 👍 and a very happy customer indeed

Very happy with the service I received. Was kept upto date from start to finish. I would definately recommend. First class service

A fantastic service all the way through keeping me informed and updated throughout the process and as obstacles appeared along the way helped in finding answers and solutions to enable the claim to go through to completion. Don't think I'd have achieved the same outcome if I'd tried to do it all on my own
