Absolute fraud, we lost around a million.
The money was not paid, a person, Will, just stopped responding saying the money was frozen by the bank.
We have investigated and found some valuable information that gives us good chances to recover.

I can tell from the following reviews previously listed within this page this has happened to numerous people... One of my associates attended both the home address in Bristol and the offices of the managing director of named on company's house with in Bristol city Centre....

From what I can tell you it almost looks like he has no involvement whatsoever... I was also informed by the police that he is a victim also...

Keep in mind there was various different companies used as descriptors on customers credit card statements such as ; INTRON LTD, SKINBSS, SKINVEX LTD...

I’m writing this because I don’t want any other business owners to go through the mess I’m dealing with right now. Just like the other reviews say, I’ve lost money through Paytoro. To make matters worse, I had to send out an alert to all my customers telling them their credit card info might be compromised. It’s been gut-wrenching to watch the trust I’ve spent years building just vanish overnight.

I’ve already contacted law enforcement, and after doing some of my own homework, I realized the passport the guy running this sent me was a total fake. It claimed he was based over in England, but after checking, it’s definitely not him. I've seen other reviews mentioning they might actually be operating out of India. I am going back to Stripe (at least its US based)!

If you care about your customers or your reputation, do not use these people. It is a major security risk.

Where do I start? I am beyond sad, disappointed, embarrassed and wish to warn everyone else about this company - hopefully before you also part with any funds or sharing personal details.

My small business has lost a significant sum of money through using the Paytoro service. I am now taking the time to document my findings to save others the pain, whether in losing money, or wasting your time trying to speak to the people you think you have been talking to - they have disguised themselves very well and are certainly not at any UK or Bristol address you may have noted.

My advice is to stop and call your local Police Fraud Team. Trying to track people down yourself to enquire where your funds are, or ask why your messages aren't being responded to any longer, will just leave you even more embarrased. Believe me I have made endless calls, travelled hundreds of miles, and stood at a location I thought was the HQ of Paytoro that ended up being a family home that was nothing to do with it at all.

Paytoro is a complicated scam where Indian based criminals pretending to represent a real UK business accept your money, agree contracts, even send you fake passports and IDs of Directors as proof they are real, when those IDs are of people that themselves have been defrauded as part of this whole process.

Don't be fooled by the credentials of the Paytoro Directors or other UK businesses you may think are involved - they are NOT the people you have been dealing with. The Telegram messages, emails, phone numbers, etc are all being managed by a group of scammers and NOT any Directors of a Company based in the UK. That is what I originally thought, but I was so so so wrong, and I have now left the investigation to the Police - and suggest anyone else involved does the same.

This paytoro is a very cheap scam, some Indians behind it thinking they could get rich.

They are behind many other payment processors actually.

Look we know who you are and you will fall sooner than you think. :)

ITS A SAD SITUATION FOR ALL INVOLVED BUT BE WARNED TO STAY CLEAR - THIS ISN'T A UK BUSINESS AND IS A HUGE FRAUD. WE HAVE CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY ARE INVESTIGATING AND SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED DOES THE SAME.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS STAY FAR FAR AWAY HAVE TAKEN ALL OUR MONEY, WE HAVE LOST EVERYTHING WE HAVE TRANSACTED THROUGH THEM.

Please stay away this are scammers they are just steeling your money
We have been contacted by now by several Merchants how used them how have been scammed out of there money
They never paid us with many differend stories
Then they ask for our account details because they were going to pay but that never happend
