The suite number ended up in the front…
The suite number ended up in the front of the address when I printed the W2. Also it kept printing and printing and printing.
I had to physically go into my printer que and cancel the printing job. Im not happy.
Update: Paystubs.net reached out to me and the error was corrected. They are very professional and resolved the issue. Thank you Paystubs.net.

Upon reviewing your case, it appears that an inadvertent space was added at the beginning of the employee address. This error caused the document to be multiplied, resulting in 24 pages being printed instead of the intended 6. We have now corrected the address issue, ensuring that only the correct 6 pages, with all necessary copies of the W2, will be printed. If I could leave 0 stars I would! Mistakes everywhere! Miscalculated taxes to the state of California, to too much taken out for FICA. This left me with additional filings I needed to do on my own. What is the point of paying for this service when I'm left on my own?

I did not receive an email with the pay stubs attached. I did download them but for whatever reason I can't open the downloads. I want a copy of each of the pay stubs (3 in total) emailed to me so I can open them easily and would like it done ASAP

Stand on your business. If it is a money back guarantee then I am owed a lot of money because I have spent a ton of money with this company.
9 times out of 10 there has literally always been an issue whether it be the numbers not being calculated properly, the dates incorrect after payment, they request the last 4 of the ssn on the site but then do not even add it to the paycheck. I've paid for a certain amount of checks but did not receive all of them at said time so I ALWAYS have to reach out via chat. It can never really just be 100% accurate. Then the site shows a money back guarantee but never returns my money with verified issues. I've spent way too much money with this company for there to always be an issue and no money back.

Process ok somewhat frustrating
Going through the process was pretty straightforward however once payment was made could not find the download anywhere had to call support for help. I don’t understand why it never showed up in my email until I called. That process was somewhat frustrating.
