Unreliable!
Paymid.com has been one of the most frustrating services I have ever dealt with. From the start, the platform felt unreliable and poorly managed. Most of the transactions failed, either because of the payment providers they work with or due to problems with the platform itself.
Customer support is another major issue. When you reach out for help, responses are either extremely slow or completely unhelpful. The owner believes that 500 euros monthly is not enough to be available all the time! It often feels like no one is actually taking responsibility for solving the problem. Instead of clear answers, you receive vague replies that do not address the issue.
The website itself also feels outdated and confusing. Important information is difficult to find, and the overall user experience is far from professional compared to other payment platforms.
Overall, I would strongly caution anyone considering using Paymid.com. With so many reliable and well-established payment services available today, there is very little reason to deal with a platform that creates this much uncertainty and frustration.
