The ease and speed at which my recipients received thier funds.
The company was doing well by text and email which was reassuring, but now, I do not receive any texts at all. Email, yes, but text can easily be read and saved. The fonts used for the email are too small. Also I once made a very important request, it was not met. Overall, good, but rates are not competitive, they keep going down.

I love the exchange rates
I love the exchange rates, and the customer service team is good, although transfers sometimes take longer than expected compared to other companies. They should endeavour to process transactions less than an hour like their competitors.
