Pay Advantage is a lowdown bad business…
Pay Advantage is a lowdown bad business company. They refuse to let me lease again after a situation that occurred back in 2022. I leased a phone that I had about two weeks and had to return the device to the local dealer due to being laid off from work. Pay Advantage marked as ineligible on my account. Been over three years. I will make this public on social media so the world sees it as wrongful doing against a customer. People never go through pay advantage

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
This company is truly a damn scam. I recieved the phone activated the phone and guess what? It only work on speaker. The damn customer service rep said, “Send it back let their tech team look at it and I will be responsible for repair.” The hell I won’t. So they can keep the device and shove it up their butt. Don’t ever deal with this scamming company. I wish I can give 0 stars. The rep was very sarcastic and rude. This company will NEVER get my business back again.

They WERE good. Not any more. Greedy now.
They were good.
Then they got greedy. Seems the one who claims to be the owner might be the bad element. She's rude, arrogant, lies, immature, and overall just not equipped to be anywhere near customer service. She was awful to deal with. Said she's the owner, but she's just customer support.
They increased my monthly fees 1000% without consultation.
I absolutely suggest you can find better than these guys.
It's really sad when companies that were good, just turn greedy and take more than agreed upon from their clients.

Your staff were rude and arrogant about every concern raised, to the point if claiming to be the owner of the company.
You raised my fees by over 1000%, that is not modest.
At no stage did I consent to the change in my service and you are yet to produce the written documents you claim to have to prove that I consented. Your organisation just got greedy. And rather than selling your service more to make more profits, you chose to gouge loyal customers. All because your owner is lazy and greedy. An awful mix for a business that does very little to service their customers.

Scammer! First month of service was good but their payout sucks and they are not responsive at all. Ignorant company with ignorant employee. They should be closed asap! Don't use their services as they will scam the hell out of you!

Loren at Pay Advantage is the best. We had a major headache with ZIP and they were so helpful and managed the process for us. We highly recommend Pay Advantage they are AWESOME and they answer the phone and are always helpful

Introduced via Property Management software company. saying it's a time saving payment processing system ... etc. 4 months later, found out it is a rip-off. No protection against charge back claim.
Went back to good old bank who can deal with charge back claim efficiently. Have more protection against charge back claim. For $20k saving a year, gladly go back to process credit card manually.
Monthly charges
After completing the application which was easy enough they called to say I would need a minimum spend or be charged $22 a month.
This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the original setting up .
Absolutely horrible business
Absolutely horrible business. used them for 3 days proceeded 7000$ plus payments and no settlement still.
they are saying its going to take 2 weeks to review the account to give us our revenue. Even though they already reviewed the account for the last 2 weeks. All the 1 star reviews are true and correct and when I asked them about the review they said its not them. what a joke.

The Payment Request features on offer could not be matched by another product and have completely changed how we do business. We can just send payment links out to our guests to pay from the privacy and security of their own device at a time convenient for them. Perfect!

We've been using Pay Advantage for well over 4 years now and it has been the best decision our business could have ever made. All our hosting and client payments are fully automated and for our smaller invoices we just use the pay request feature which automatically lets us know when someone has paid + reminds the client when it becomes outstanding.
