I think it's great. You get to show off your fur babies, help feed the unfortunate animals and help find homes. Also help with expenses for many treatments.

Hi Nicole,
Thank you for sharing your opinion. We understand that competitions can be frustrating when you're aiming for a cash prize. However, simply having an option to purchase votes does not make Pawvote a scam. Pawvote is a legitimate competition where participants can gain votes in several ways, including free daily votes, bonus vote opportunities, sharing their pet's profile with friends and family, and optional vote purchases. Paid votes are available to everyone, but they do not guarantee a winning position. Most importantly, every verified winner receives the prize they have earned according to the contest rules. We appreciate your participation and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Thank you for such a lovely review! We're so happy to hear that you're enjoying browsing all the beautiful animals and taking part in the contest. We completely understand that feeling, there's nothing quite like seeing your own pet featured and being able to share them with other animal lovers. It's wonderful to hear that participating has made you feel proud of your furry companion, because every pet deserves their moment to shine. Thank you for being part of our community!

Hi Donna,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand that it can be disappointing when the competition becomes very strong and the rankings change quickly. While some participants choose to purchase votes, this is entirely optional and just one of several ways supporters can help their favorite pets. Many participants also receive votes through sharing with friends and family, social media, and community support, just as you've been doing with your daily sharing efforts. We know it can be frustrating to see your position change despite your dedication, but we hope the contest can still be an enjoyable experience while maintaining a healthy competitive spirit—allowing you to showcase your pet, connect with fellow animal lovers, and celebrate all the wonderful pets taking part along the way. We truly appreciate you giving Pawvote a try and sharing your pet with our community.

Hi Nevets,
First of all, congratulations to Marshmellow on finishing 1st in Oregon! That's a wonderful achievement, and we completely understand why you were excited about the results. We'd just like to clarify that the cash prizes advertised for the contest are awarded based on the final global rankings rather than state rankings alone. While Marshmellow earned an impressive state placement, entries must also finish in one of the qualifying global prize positions to receive a cash prize payout. We understand how this can be confusing, especially when you're celebrating a state win and hoping for additional rewards. However, this does not mean anyone was misled or scammed—the same prize structure applies to all participants and is outlined in the contest rules. Thank you for participating, and once again, congratulations to Marshmellow on being Oregon's champion!

I was told I won a $50 prize, however, I have contacted Pawvote support twice to get help on how to receive the prize. I have gotten no response and the directions they have on the site do not work. Pretty sure it just a scam.
UPDATE: I wish I could attach photos, because my dog Remi won 1st place in the state of Virginia and was showing a $50 win. However, upon checking today that has mysteriously vanished... convenient.
