I absolutely love the harnesses!
There’s such a variety of designs to choose from, they fit my dog perfectly, the quality and design are just amazing!

I recently returned an order to Pawsome Paws Boutique and was surprised to receive a refund that was £9.55 less than I paid.

This included a £4.30 return fee and the original delivery cost not being refunded. While I understand businesses can set their own return policies, my concern is that these charges were not clearly brought to my attention before purchase.

After querying this, I was directed to information within FAQs and a refund policy page, as well as being told the fee is shown during the returns process. However, this is after the purchase has already been made.

When I asked where these charges were clearly displayed prior to checkout, I did not receive a direct answer. Instead, I was told that the information does not need to be shown at checkout, only that it is available somewhere on the website.

The responses felt quite dismissive, and there was no willingness to acknowledge the concern or offer any resolution.

I feel that charges like this should be made clear and prominent before purchase, rather than being discovered afterwards.

Just something to be aware of before ordering.

We are very happy with his Toy Story harness, collar set looks amazing, already got comments out and about how cute it is and bow tie. It fits perfect my dog is a french bulldog weight 13 kg and we got a medium size for reference

I returned for a refund a harness that was the incorrect size in January it is now March. They are refusing to refund me claiming evri haven’t returned the item to them. I have provided them with proof of handing it over to their courier service.

Quick delivery excellent quality definitely buy again

I ordered a harness and lead, they come so fast I ordered Friday night and had them by Sunday morning. The quality is amazing and have such great details such as the locking harness and the reflective straps.

I was looking fora hands free lead for my dog walking business & came across this company which was on my fb feed. What attracted me to it was the far superior catches on the leads, easy to put on without the struggle of a small clasp. So happy with the product and can even buy another lead attachment if needed. Now just about to order the walking bag to match.

I absolutely love PPB! Peggy has MANY harnesses, leads, collars from PPB, they fit great, look great and they are comfy for her! My older two dogs also have collars from PPB! I have many leggings, t-shirts, fleeces and even bags from these guys! What I also love is, you order and the parcel is on your doorstep 2 days later 📦

I've had a very good first experience, harness came on time and I was very pleased with the quality. No lepard skin lead left with my husbands first order therefore he had to pay £5 postage which he shouldn't have had to pay if our lead was in stock, made it more expensive for him. Can he have this postage refunded?

Had many Pawsome Paws Tough Trail harnesses, and other items! They always please and the quality is like no other! And the fun designs make them unique from others.

Fantastic. We always shop with pawsome paws boutique. The harnesses are always good quality. With other brand harnesses we have found they the clips can break or our dog can slip out of them however the pawsome paws ones are such good quality we've never had any issues so continue to buy them whenever we see a cute new design! We also love the tough trails harnesses with the added handle on top of the harness. Thank you!

I've used Pawsome Paws Boutique for nearly 6 years and never had an issue. The quality is excellent, the customer service cannot be faulted, they are so responsive and helpful.
Great brand!

The customer service is absolutely brilliant, I accidentally put my order through with the wrong shipping method and the company was more than happy to quickly send over an invoice for me to pay the difference in shipping to get it next day for my dogs birthday. The items are extremely good quality and perfect fit. I’m excited to treat my dog to more products from here😁

I love the cream 1/4 zip walkies ready fleece from Pawsome Paws Boutique. It is super soft and cosy, perfect for those chilly dog walks, or snuggled up at home.
I especially love the toggles round the waist making it super easy to go from an oversized look to a more fitted look

Bought a lovely dino print harness which we love because it’s not only super cute but it’s also very practical. We have frenchie that likes to pull so like the fact it has dual rings for better walking control.

Don’t think the customer service is great compared to competitors like cocopup. They won’t honour an exchange only of a brand new still on packaging item . Bought an early Christmas present to find out it came up smaller on the shoulder's . Wrote on the web chat service asking for an exchange . Never received a physical email reply with the details of how to exchange . I was told the return window had passed when I re-chased this up . I was 6 days over the return window. I already reached out well within the return window . The chat bot replied within the web page but never sent a physical email with a response. I said it’s not like I want a refund , I just wanna swap sizes . Owner still said No which I think is not good customer service at all . Won’t be using the company again .

Always love everthing from PPB! Durable dog wear that washes up like new every time. Same with the human wear! Lovely designs and colour ways too
