Never received the product I ordered. 6 weeks and waiting. Disputing it now with credit card.

I would not even give this a 1 star. Buyer beware. Company sent me the wrong color outfit. They refused to send me the correct color. They would only refund my money if I sent the wrong one back but would not cover the return $35.00 shipping cost for a 60.00 outfit. So basically I have to pay for their mistake. This company is a scam and they have a 5.0 star rating on their website. All other review sites rate this company no higher than a 2 star.

I have never in my life been so frustrated! Nor have I ever dealt with a company so unprofessional! Pawlulu I ordered some clothes for my daughter dec.6 2025 when I placed this order their website kept trying to tell me my address was incorrect. I marked leave as is fast-forward December 22. My package is denied delivery due to insufficient address. I immediately reached out to the post office trying to catch the mistake, but they did not catch it in time so they sent my package back on 28 December. The package reached Denver, Colorado. I have reached out to this company numerous times telling them what’s happened with the package and that it was returned to sender whole time they were never gonna receive it back because they only paid for one-way shipping so after arguing with them for a month and a half They finally realize I’m never going to receive the package. It’s not at my local post office after they’ve told me for two months. It’s at my local post office waiting for me to pick up and I’ve argued that it wasn’t now they’re telling me they found the package and they need a correct address. I’ve told them at this point I no longer want or need the items I would like a refund. They are denying me a refund saying that they are only gonna send out the original package. They will update sizes, but they will not give me a refund. This is crazy. I will never do business with another company outside of the United States.

NAME ON OUTFIT WAS SPELLED WRONG AND YOU SAID YOU WOULD GIVE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND NEXT ORDER WOULD BE 20 PERCENT OFF .WELL NUMBER ONE I HAVE SENT AN ORDER BUT YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING. NOT SURE ABOUT THE DATE . SO WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?????????

If I could give this company a zero star I would. I ordered a baby Valentine romper. It was supposed to say "Be Mine". It was spelled "Be Mnie". They stated they knew the item was spelled incorrect. But sent it anyway. My order was over 50.00. They only offered me a refund of 3-5 dollars and they stated I needed to pay the shipping and send back to them in China. Which would have been ridiculous. So now I am out all this money with no replacement and an item that can never be used. DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!!

The absolute worst customer service!! They sent me the wrong dress and refused to refund me more than $9 when I paid $30 for the dress and had spent $150. They argued with me over days about a refund and just kept refusing. The quality of the clothes is ok but I feel like they just got clothes off of Temu and printed on them. Not worth the price at all!!! Also took over a month to get to me!!

If I could give this place a no stars, I would it literally took forever to get my order in and when I did get it, it wasn’t even the right item mind you I ordered a costume for Halloween Halloween. Is this week coming up? You would think they would bother to reply back about sending me the wrong order but instead, I got no response so now I’m stuck with the costume that I didn’t even want or order.

The shipping is horrible. I ordered TWO MONTHS AGO and still have received nothing and they cannot give me an update. Their customer service also isn’t even bare minimum helpful. Stay far far away. Order it from ali express yourself and skip them.

I done the buy 2 get 1 free deal. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything I contacted them wanting to cancel my order that was $60.00. Then I get an email saying the the order was shipped and my FREE Item wasn't available and they would refund the FREE item. I asked how do you refund something that was supposed to me free. I asked for a replacement item. They will not email.me back and it's been over 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of them.

I ordered off of this website because I was excited to get stuff for my first child and the graphic tees are my style. I ordered a good bit of things off of here and they are cute. However, I was sent the wrong size and I have emailed them about the situation sent them pictures and my order form/ number and no response. I messaged them on instagram and they got back to me but it was with attitude and also only was offered a 3 dollar refund then a 6 dollar refund or nothing. I’ll definitely not be ordering from this “company” again. Also to say that the pictures on the shirts/ onesies were really fuzzy and blown up.

First and foremost please report this company to ReportFraud.ftc.gov if you've experienced anything like myself or others on this page. I tried with BBB but they only deal with issues in the USA or Canada.

The only reason I give a star is bc I have to in order to write something.

I ordered from here almost a month ago, I contacted them 2x through their only line of communication which is by email and no response. I haven't received any of my items.

They only sent 3/4 items I ordered then after 4 months of trying to get in contact they blocked me after arguing that I received an item I did not!! Total scammers they threatened to charge my card that they have on profile for the items too!!! Disputed with bank!

These people are scammers, save your money and do not order!! If you’ve had a bad experience where your money was taken, please google federal trade commission, and report them!!

Items are not made well and fall apart after a couple of washes. Got sent the wrong items and it took them a month for them to get back to me and when they did for me to recieve the right items I had to post the package back and pay for shipping myself for them to then send back the new ones.

Everything comes from China like a drop ship situation. They ignore any emails it took me so long to get any communications and when I stated the items being wrong isn’t my fault it’s there’s they should pay for shipping they pretty much said too bad so sad.

Don’t purchase it’s not worth it the fabric is scratch and not soft in the band shirts and it’s poorly stitched and falls apart

The outfits I received were as described and super cute for the price. However, I received the wrong bows. And I did not receive one of my outfits. Instead, they sent me something completely different. I have tried emailing, my emails just get sent back. I tried messaging on fb, no response.

I loved the Rompers. They were so unique and adorable on my grand baby. I immediately ordered 4 more. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because it took so long to arrive and I grew a little concerned. But worth the wait. So cute!
