Hi Kathleen,
We’re so happy to hear you enjoy seeing all the cute pets on Pawidols. Thank you as well for sharing your honest feedback regarding the voting system. We just wanted to mention that purchasing votes is completely optional and only one of several ways participants can support their pets. Many participants also use free voting, collect votes from friends and family, earn bonus votes, and unlock achievements throughout the contest. We truly appreciate having you as part of our community, and feedback like yours helps us continue improving the experience for everyone. Thank you again for being part of the Pawidols family!

My cat won the Wyoming contest
My cat won the Wyoming contest. I ordered two calendars for $24.99 each. This was in March and it is now May 8 and no calendars. I tried to contact someone and they can’t or won’t help me. They said it was ordered through a third party. It was not. I clicked on a link that was texted to me and ordered them. I want the calendars or my money back or I will report this as fraud to my credit card company.

Hi Diane,
We are truly sorry for the frustration and confusion surrounding your order. We completely understand why you are upset, especially after waiting so long for the calendars featuring Oscar. We would just like to clarify that we did respond to your emails and checked the information multiple times in an attempt to help. However, the transaction screenshot provided showed that the purchase was completed through a different store system, which unfortunately meant we did not have access to the order details, shipping updates, or refund process from our side. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and understand how disappointing this situation has been. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback with us.

Horrible quality, poor customer service
I submitted my dog to be apart of the 2026-2027 calendar and when I received my calendar it was TRASH! Some AI generated calendar that wasn’t even reviewed for errors. The calendar skipped two months and had two January 2026’s. My pet was technically featured for the month of May, but all other pets featured were AI generated and the names were reused for the animals over and over again. Such poor quality for the price and my shipping information was never even sent by SHOP. I’m shocked it even came at all. I would never buy from this company again. I also reached out for a refund since the calendar wasn’t even correct and never heard back.

Hi Jolie,
We’re truly sorry again for the experience you had with the calendar and completely understand your disappointment. This was caused by a production error during one of the printing batches, which unfortunately resulted in duplicated/missing months on some calendars. As mentioned in our communication, we already reached out and resolved this by arranging a replacement calendar for you. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. While we always strive for high-quality products, production mistakes can occasionally happen despite our best efforts. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make things right.

Absolutely scam
I didn't win anything, but it kept trying to have me "fill out a survey" to win 500 more votes. What it doesn't say is that you are forced to spend money to "complete the survey"..... this is an outright scam!

Hi Roxanne,
We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and would like to clarify how the survey reward system works. The bonus votes from surveys are provided through third-party offer partners, and votes are only credited once the offer/survey is marked as fully completed in their system. We understand this can sometimes be confusing, and we truly appreciate your feedback. Our intention is never to mislead participants, and we’re always happy to check specific cases through our support team if something did not credit correctly.

Its all about who has the most money
Its all about who has the most money. I am up against people that have several wins and gladly spend more that they win. Has nothing to do with your pet. Highly disappointed. Stay away from this so called contest. Its controlled by a group of elite people. Their pet pics and bios stay the same for months. They let you think you will win. Then swoop in and buy $1000 worth of votes or more. They all help each other. Check them out. And Pawidols allows them to win time after time. No one else will ever win. Save your money. Go to a lo vcc al non profit rescue and give them the money. Its tax deductible at least.

Hi Lynn,
We’re sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience. We would just like to clarify that every participant has the same opportunity to enter and compete in the contests. Many participants continue joining our contests because they genuinely enjoy the experience, the community, and sharing their pets with others. While we do have many returning participants, we also welcome thousands of new dogs and cats into the contests regularly across the USA, and winners and placements change from contest to contest. Support can come in many forms, including free votes, friends and family sharing, achievements, bonus votes, and optional vote purchases. We also want to mention that supporting rescue pets and shelters is something very important to us as well, and donations/support initiatives are part of what we do through our community. We truly appreciate your feedback and are sorry your experience did not meet your expectations.

This is a bogus contest
This is a bogus contest. I put one dog on there and couldn't find it. And then they told me it's hard to find your own dog and then I'm like, okay, I put 2 dogs on there couldn't find either one of them, you know why? Because I didn't participate in sending them money. So this is bogus and needs to be taken off facebook , google , everything it's not even from the united states from germany

With thousands of pets participating, profiles can sometimes be difficult to locate without the direct profile link or exact participant information, but our support team is always here and happy to help participants find their entries. TRUTH and suggestions
I did not pay to participate because although I did enjoy the idea that my puppy was in such a contest and could possibly win i am equally disappointed that it's not legit. Any contest that allows you to purchase votes is not a valid contest, it's a way to buy a cheaply made calendar and pay the owners of pawidols money to have to produce more calendars to make more money, it's a good setup but not interested unless you ' Pawidols' add a participate fee free contest and don't say you going to pay the winner ten million, sh:t! Just as rewards do something REAListic. I be happy if she win and all i got was nicely, correctly, quality calendars, like twelve one for each month to keep or give out to family and friends. You won't make as much at first on fee free contests but you can run a few more ads and I hate to say that but the only way it can be remotely considered legit is fee free , however you might have more success if you just put a option to have calendars printed with the pet picture for whatever month, photo they desire and roll with it, just please stop lieing and saying it is a contest of any kind, it's a disappointment to give the smile they get when that person gets at the idea of it all being real , like it sucks after posting on my Facebook several times to really feel stupid, but that's ok with me but as I have been sharing to my Facebook page to promote this ' CONtest , I will now be posting the truth, I only have 5k followers and I am sure several people voted and are potential customers. Once again I say any contest that votes are available for purchase is NOT a legitimate contest !

Hey Ray,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling disappointed. That was certainly not our intention. We want to clarify that Pawidols is a real online pet photo contest, and participation in the contest itself is completely free. Anyone can enter their pet and receive votes from friends, family, and the community without paying anything. The paid votes are optional, and they are mainly used by participants who choose to support their pet further in the rankings. This type of optional voting support is a model used by many online contests and fundraising platforms. However, purchasing votes is not required to participate. Regarding the calendars, they are a separate optional keepsake product featuring selected pets. Many participants enjoy having their pet featured in a printed calendar as a memory, but again, purchasing a calendar is never required to enter or stay in the contest. We truly appreciate your suggestion about different contest formats and rewards. Feedback like yours is valuable and helps us improve how we communicate and structure future experiences for participants.
We’re sorry that the contest didn’t meet your expectations, but we sincerely thank you for participating and for sharing your thoughts with us.

Do not fall for this SCAM!!!!!
I entered my dog in the contest for 2026-2027 calendar, contacted me a week later said she had won for the month of May, even sent me the picture on the calender. I immediately bought one. A week later the sent me a text to buy a calendar at a discount everytime I put in the discount code it says it can not ship to that address but if I leave the code off it will ship to that address. I have tried emailing them from 2 different email addresses and both times it told me that email does not exist. Will let you know when or if my calendar comes in and if my dog is in it.

Hey Pamela,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused. First, we want to clarify that Pawidols is not a scam, and many customers have successfully received their calendars featuring their pets. Sometimes technical issues can occur with discount codes or checkout validation, which may cause a message like the one you described. Regarding the email issue, our support email does exist and is actively monitored, but occasionally some email providers may return delivery errors or block messages. To make sure we can assist you properly, please reach out again through the contact form on our official website, and include your name, the email used for the order, and your order number if you have it. This will allow our support team to locate your order quickly and help resolve the issue. We’ll be happy to check your order and confirm the calendar details for you.

Hey Rae,
Thank you for sharing how you feel. We understand how frustrating it can be to put in time and effort earning votes through achievements and community voting, and then see others move ahead in the rankings. The contest is designed to allow different ways of gaining votes — including achievements, daily participation, support from friends and family, and optional vote purchases. Many participants focus only on the free methods, while others choose to support their pets with additional votes. Your effort in completing achievements and engaging with the community is still very valuable, and we truly appreciate the time you’ve spent participating. Of course, if you decide to step back from the contest, we completely understand. But if you ever choose to return, your pet will always be welcome to participate again. Thank you again for being part of the community.

If your pet was supposed to be featured and you believe there was an issue with the calendar you received, did you contact our support team about this? STAY AWAY - RIGGED VANITY SCAM
This site is a deceptive marketing scheme. They sent me two separate automated texts claiming my different cats had BOTH "won" a spot in their 2026 calendar for the month of May. It is physically impossible to have two pets in the same month of one calendar. They tell everyone they "won" just to pressure you into buying expensive custom merchandise or "votes." There is no customer support phone number and they do not respond to emails once they have your money. Do not trust their "contests"!

Hey Fran,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that this caused confusion. If you received messages about both of your cats being selected for May, it means they were selected in separate calendars. We would also like to clarify that purchasing a calendar or votes is never an obligation. Many participants simply enjoy seeing their pet featured or taking part in the contest, but buying anything is always completely optional. Regarding support, we did respond to your inquiry. If the reply did not reach you, it may have been filtered by your email provider or gone to a spam folder. If you still need assistance, please feel free to reach out again through our contact form, and we will gladly help.

I contacted Pawidols after reading everyone's poor reviews. I was actually not very nice to them at first. I had a payment coming and they still had time to pay it. It was paid immediately to me and to other winners in this competition. They said they always pay their winners. Idk all I know is I was paid. As far as the pet featured on the calendar, I didn't really care as long as I had one which I bought for $12. So, if you a problem with any business you have the right to contact them. If you don't and don't get paid then I guess youre both at fault.

Hey Lisa,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience — and for giving us a chance, even after seeing some worrying reviews. We completely understand how that can make anyone nervous, and we truly appreciate your honesty about how you felt at first. We’re very glad everything was resolved quickly and that your prize was paid without any issues. We always do our best to make sure every winner receives what they earned. For anyone who may still be waiting on a prize, it’s usually due to simple things like the prize not being claimed, being claimed with a typo in the email, or using an address that doesn’t exist. Once the correct information is provided, the payout goes through smoothly — we’re always here to help with that.
Thank you again for your kindness and for sharing your positive experience. It means a lot to us and to future participants.

Don’t buy this calendar!! Not worth it!
They charge me $40 for Calendar that didn’t even have accurate information on it. The holidays were from 2025 not 2026 and not all holidays were on there. It looks like a very cheap put together Calendar. I have requested several times for a refund and they do not respond to my emails. This is a horrible company Just scamming people. We’re very sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your calendar, and we truly don’t want anyone to feel disappointed with their experience. We do want to kindly clarify that the calendar should always arrive with the correct year and holidays. If something was printed incorrectly, that would be a rare error from the print provider, and we absolutely replace or refund those orders. Hey Brody,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us — we’re really glad you enjoyed participating, but we’re sorry to hear that the competition felt less fun at times. In every contest, some participants choose to be very active and use their bonus votes, achievements, and purchase options, which can make things feel intense. We completely understand how that can take away from the enjoyment for others. At the same time, this mix of different play styles is what makes the contest competitive and exciting for many families. We’re always working on ways to keep things fair, fun, and balanced for everyone — whether they play casually or more competitively.
We truly appreciate you being part of the contest and sharing your thoughts with us.
