I placed an order with Pawfect Pals on…
I placed an order with Pawfect Pals on 10 May.Order 68222 Courier please apparently lost my parcel, so I contacted the supplier. I received an email from them promising that a replacement item would be dispatched on Monday, 1st June
Since then, I have sent numerous follow-up emails requesting an update, but as of 4 June 2026, I have received no response whatsoever.
The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I have been left without the item I paid for and with no information about when, or if, it will be sent.
Based on this experience, I will not be using Pawfect Pals again and would not recommend this company to my friends, fellow dog breeders, or anyone looking for reliable service. Yours truly Inline cuts.
