Bought three cuddle Dog Toys from Paw - Friends at £35 plus a free dog book that I never received, when three cuddles turned up they were way smaller than expected and my F2 Cockapoo destroyed all three of them in under 30 minutes when they claimed they were indestructible and if your Dog manages to destroy them they’ve refund you within 30 days, so strange away I sent them an email with photo evidence of the three destroyed toys, and there reply was that the policy states can only refund the toys if there in the same condition that I received them in the post, so completely unhelpful comment and not prepared to honour there own advertised money back policy on social media, absolute waste of time and money, avoid at all costs and don’t get sucked in like I did and wasted £35 for absolutely nothing, theses toys are not as there claimed to be or advertised, just ripping off poor dog owners and over charging for worthless in adequate tatt

The Toya are appalling all three of my dogs chewed them up within an hour would not deal with these again shocking aftercare pay a bit extra and get proper toys for your fur babies

If i could give no stars i would these indestructible dog toys lasted 15 minutes with an 8 month old pup and there replacement guarantee well thats total rubbish to no reply to emails or messages on messenger stay well away

Dog absolutely destroyed the toy in minutes. Wasn't eligible for a refund or exchange because the dog destroyed it? Was supposed to be extremely durable & was not cheap.

I bought a toy for my 7mth old gsd x alaskam malamute as she loves to chew. It states no dog has destroyed them on the website my dog had it for a total of 6 hrs and ripped it to shreds

My 7 month old puppy destroyed two ‘indestructible’ plushies within 20 minutes. I attempted to contact the company, to enquire about a refund, via their customer service and instagram pages and have been consistently ignored.

Plushie was utterly destroyed very rapidly.

Wish I could give it less than one star. I emailed company to say my dogs destroyed the “indestructible “ toys within 10 minutes and reply was they do not offer refunds 😡total scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Extremely poor product & service.
I purchased a dog toy described as being designed for dogs who destroy everything. Sure enough in under 10 minutes my dog has destroyed it. Upon contacting customer service as they advertise a money back guarantee - they claim that the money back guarantee is for items returned in their original condition.

If only I'd done more review research.
Disaster marketing scam product.
They don't ask for reviews because they know what they're selling.

This company is awful. Say paw friends UK but they are not UK based. Not got the product but took the money. Avoid using this company at all costs. It would give it no stars if i could. No response from the seller to any e-mails at all. Im going to contact my credit card company to try and get my money back AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Very poor quality will not answer emails or messenger thing they blocked me for complaining

Spent $50 on "indestructible" dog toys. They were destroyed in under 5 minutes. I've seen dollar store dog toys that were built more durable. Absolute waste of money!

I would not recommend anyone purchases from this site.
I made an order but immediately sought to cancel it and obtain a refund, via an email as there is no mechanism to cancel orders on the website itself. I did receive an email in return saying I would get a refund etc but a week later that never came and the items were delivered.
These so called indestructible toys lasted 10 minutes until my labrador was able to rip it apart. They are also very small toys, more suited to smaller dogs.
I have emailed the company to say I would retain the items as I have no faith that any return would result in me getting my money back.
I want to warn others to avoid.

Indestructible toy was ruined within 3 days, complete rubbish and waste of money.

I am so frustrated bought this in good faith that it would be strong and indestructible, my dog destroyed it within 10 minutes of it arriving. It wouldn't be so bad if it cost less than £10 but it's definitely not worth £20 and you can't even contact them to speak to anyone!!!

Items much smaller in size than depicted on site. They lasted maybe 10 minutes total for all 3 items, before they were destroyed. Nothing to send back for a refund, plus would have to pay for shipping. Don’t know what type of delivery service, not us mail, not upset, not fed ex, not Amazon. A car drove up to the house threw a package out the window and sped off. Do not buy, so sorry I did not read reviews before I spent 60.00 on nothing.

Cheap didn't last 20 minutes tops all lies on website don't bother buying anything from this company better off going to the pound shop and buying 20 toys

DONT buy from these frauds . Spent £84 on products , were not delivered…. No response from emails or Facebook messages . Evil evil company
