After discussing the recovery mat with my acupuncturist, I decided to make the purchase. I am so glad that I did. Since using the red light recovery mat, I am noticing an improvement in my sleep and joint pain. I now have my husband on board and he wants to use it for his shoulder injury. Easy to use and well worth the money.

Good morning. I thought I was the only one having issues with them. Several lights went off, 1st one row, and they kept on progressing after using it with their recommended settings. The solution they offered was to return the mat at my own expense so they "can look into the problem" in China. My parcel came from UK, through Shopify. Reporting passionascents.com to Trading Standards. Cheap quality imitation!

I have multiple issues that red laser light therapy helps. Now instead of moving my wand from area to area, I sit on my may and am feeling the healing on multiple problems at once. I wish I had purchased this sooner. The heat it throws off let me ditch my heating pad.
I've recommended to all my communities and friends.

I regret that I didn't look at the reviews here before ordering.
Somehow my address got a numeral changed. I use auto fill for my address and believed it correct until I saw the conformation page after confirming order.
I immediately sent a message followed by 5 additional messages. The last being I would contact my credit card company to dispute the charges based on an incorrect billing address on the charge.
I finally got a message saying they changed the address however couldn't correct the shipping because it had already been shipped. I had an additional message the same day saying it had been delayed because large amount of orders.
I don't have what I paid for and am unlikely to have it.
The most frustrating is the hours I have spent trying to correct this . Nothing is worth the frustration

It is interesting your reply is that you tried to update the address but it was already sent. I sent a message to your customer service minutes after the order confirmation page so minutes after the order. I sent numerous emails over days and have the records. I only got a reply when after my final message I stated I would contact my credit card company and challenge the charge because you used an incorrect billing address.
Nothing you state is true your excuses are obviously false. You had plenty of time to correct the address before shipping you didn't contact me for days.
You challenge my review with this site requiring me to provide information to you or my review will be taken down. I have wasted more time with you than I will every time you cause me time and difficulty I will seek out your adds and warn people to look at the reviews on this site there are numerous bad reviews.

Unbelievable how this Pavra mat has helped ME !!! After corresponding with customer service and another conversation with my doctor, I’ve decided to keep and try my full body mat for my arthritis and bursitis for the suggested time frame. I’m hopeful for a positive outcome. Instructions are straightforward and will use it regularly.

The red light mat is so easy to use and it benefited me.
The marvellous attraction is that one can use this with visiting a Beauty salon.

I didn't know much about laser light therapy, but was desperate to try anything for pain relief. This mat has given me a feeling of slow gradual healing - not just masking the pain temporarily. I use everyday, sometimes twice. Its given me real hope to avoid hip surgery. The versatility of the mat allows me to place it where the pain is, front or back. Super easy to use. No setting up with complicated instructions. My husband wants his own mat now cause he sees my progress. My Acupuncturist is a big fan of these red light lasers. He encouraged me to purchase it when I showed the ad to him. He is happy with my progress also. Will continue to use.

Ordered a mat from this company on 30th March as a birthday present. They use Evri as a delivery agent.

The delivery was due on 6th April, I was informed that the delivery had been completed on 9th April at 21.51 in the evening, the photo provided was not my address and appeared to be at the side of a garage. I checked the local area the following morning and spoke with neighbours. No sign of the parcel and no one had received a knock on their door.
I have an Evri account that includes my mobile number and email address.

As the delivery had failed I bought another gift for the upcoming birthday, I emailed Evri and Pavra to confirm the item had not been received.

I have been in contact with Pavra several times, they insist the item was delivered but as a ‘good will’ gesture will send out another mat. I have been clear that I no longer need the item as I purchased something else. I have asked for a refund as the item was not delivered, Pavra are ignoring this request stating that the item had been delivered.

Do not use this company!

So glad I purchased this mat, I am looking forward to seeing even more improvements with continued use and the personal plan that the team have suggested.

Do not order from this company. We ordered a mat a week ago thinking we were getting a good deal. Images made it look much bigger than it is and now trying to get details about returning and getting a refund and they keep delaying any information on getting this back to them, saying that they are looking into it for us.

We should have looked at reviews before buying as it looks like others have had similar issues.

I was a skeptic when I ordered my Pavra but I ordered it anyway. I am so glad I did! I have had chronic pain in my back and neck for months and after one session on my pad I could tell a difference! I use it twice a day and I love it! It has helped my back to the point that when I walk I experience very little pain. My husband even tried it for his shoulder and felt immediate relief! I believe in this product and will continue using it, it not only helps the pain, it’s a great stress reliever ! I have only one small complaint and it’s where you plus it in. I sleep on the left side of our bed which I have a plug there but if I slept on the right side I would not be able to plug it in. Can we use an extension cord with this product? And, one more important fact is the price was great, it was affordable!

I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The item was advertised with “risk‑free returns” and UK‑wide shipping, which gave the clear impression that returns would be handled within the UK. Only after requesting a return was I told it had to be sent back to China at my own expense, something never disclosed before purchase.

The product arrived with no instructions, no health or safety guidance, and no troubleshooting information. The “personalised plan” that formed part of the sales promise was never provided, despite me repeatedly checking spam and chasing for it.

When I tried to resolve the functionality issues through their AI assistant (as directed), it couldn’t even recognise the controller model, making support impossible. Customer service responses were slow, repetitive, and failed to address the actual problems I raised.

Overall, this feels like mis‑selling, poor support, and a return process that is nowhere near “risk‑free.” I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Swift delivery, great explanations, and my son is loving the mat! Purchased it as a gift, and he couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service too - instant response and helpful information.

Ordered red light mat by mistake and immediately contacted customer service to request a cancellation. They said they would cancel however 48 hrs later I received an email to say item was shipped. They then provided a return address to china which is down to the buyer to pay for signed delivery!! Utter disgrace and poor customer service. To return the item it cost £48!!!
