Pavlus Travel Anmeldelser

Have been a loyal client of Pavlus Travel for several years. Dianne Kincaid is the best.

Pavlus Travel is tops in the travel business. Their travel planners are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Pavlus Travel is well deserving of a 5 star review.

Pavlus booked our travel and tour. Their rate was very good and follow-up for questions, etc. was excellent.

I have been using Pavlus, especially Fia, for quite some time. I always get the best rate and all my questions are answered immediately. A big plus is the "thank you" rebate they give you.

Pavlus Travel always provides us with great recommendations, service, and value. We have referred multiple friends who have thanked us for the introduction.

Pavlus Travel is one of the best travel agencies. Their agents are responsive and work hard to get their customers the best deals possible. Because of their size, relationships with vendors, and excellent business policies they can get deals that other travel agencies can not.

I have used Pavlus Travel for several years now and just came back from a 3-week cruise I booked through them. They rebate part of the fee that the cruise ship and travel providers pay them. I always research prices online for whatever I want to do and then check with them. They have always met whatever price I could find (and often can add a bene), and then I've received rebates of what I paid once the trip is final. They have always responded within 24 hours to any inquiry and if the travel agent I've worked for is out of the office someone else has covered for them. They're great to work with.

Plavas Travel and Donna Fontenot were recommended to us by friends. We have used them for cruise travel ever since.

They provide a stream of offers for coming travel opportunities, handle everything about our bookings ( including selection of cabins), and search out trips that we would enjoy.

It is like having a "friend who happens to be a travel agent".

Credits on board from Plavus is a special touch!

The travel agent we use with Pavlus is exceptional! She responds very quickly and efficiently to all of our communications. I always feel that I am a valued customer with the Pavlus company.

Always helpful and they do a great job

Having used Pavlus for numerous cruises I have found them able to find me great prices. My agent Jennifer is super responsive to our needs. She recently booked our families Christmas Cruise in Royal Caribbean and found the cabins we needed to include a handicap cabin. My wife and I have been cruising for near 40 years and this has been so far the best travel agency so far. We highly recommended them!

Personalized service including wonderful future travel recommendations. Feels like my travel advisor is only a quick email, text, or phone call away to address any concerns or questions. Such a fantastic service they provide. Thank you Pavlus!

Once again, Pavlus came through. From the initial reservation and then all the add-ons and changes, Lauren Riesenberger and the Pavlus Customer Service Team was there to accommodate us in every way. This was our 8th trip with Pavlus and we already have two more scheduled so far. If you need a dependable and professional travel service, I fully recommend Pavlus Travel and our rep Lauren Riesenberger.

Pavlus Travel is always helpful and responsive when we book a cruise through them. We are pleased with their pricing and appreciate getting either cash back or onboard credit for being their clients.

We have been working with Pavlus for many years. The staff is efficient and helpful. We receive great discounts on all of our trips, along with shipboard credits. Pavlus gives a percentage discount right off the top, it’s fantastic, Pavlus is the star of travel agents! 🤩

Great customer service.

Our agent Lauren Riesenberger is the best representation of what a great company is.
This is what we think of Pavlus Travel

Pavlus travel provides excellent service. We have booked several cruises with them. Our travel advisor is Lee Alvarez. She is very knowledgeable. She gives good service and her prices are very good. Lee is an amazing travel consultant. Looking forward to booking more trips in 2025.

Every encounter we have had with Pavlus has been superb. Our TA is wonderful and always gets back to us in a timely manner and is able to answer all our questions. I have recommended Pavlus to our friends.

Our travel agent Jamie is awesome. Anything we ask her to book gets done that day. You always know what Pavlus will give you back depending on which cruise line you pick. It is usually reduced fare or on board credit but sometimes it is a refund check. Their Guest Relations department is also great at making all kinds of arrangements for travel, dining, insurance, etc.
