Pavlus Travel Anmeldelser

We had some serious issues at the start of our five month Regent World Cruise in January, which we had booked through Annette at Pavlus. The issues were so bad that I was ready to get off the ship at the first available port. I emailed Annette with a detailed description of all the problems we were having, and she immediately forwarded the email to her president, who obviously got it to someone at Regent who could do something, because things started improving almost immediately. If we hadn’t had Annette’s, and Pavlus’ intervention, I honestly don’t know what we would have done. It literally saved the once in a lifetime cruise for us. The customer service at Pavlus is excellent, and I highly recommend them.

Our travel advisor, Taylor, is very reliable and attentive assisting us in planning, changing or managing our travel. We can always get a prompt call back and she is so knowledgeable of our options and suggestions to make travel positive.

Have booked with Pavlus Travel for 26 years and have found them to be excellent. I always shop around before I book and have found that no one can beat their prices.

Pavlus incentives. Quick response from Travel Agent. Pavlus perks.

Responsive and effective. Helped resolve several issues.

Our Pavlus travel agent Mandy was amazing. She took care of all our needs, answered all our questions making our first overseas trip incredible and stress free.

Pavlus is a great agency. They have great pricing, great customer service and follow through. I've been using them for years and have been thoroughly satisfied.

Pavlus Travel and all its staff, especially our agent Rose Morissey, have been exceptional in terms of follow up and helping us to make travel arrangements. I find them to be generous with credits on cruises, paybacks on certain travel companies, and with referral fees. I don't book anything without using Rose at Pavlus. I have recommended this agency (and Rose) to many people and have thus enjoyed being the recipient of their referral bonuses.

The hotels were first class, the food was wonderful and very diverse. Everything was planned out and the only thing we had to do was pack our bags!! The tours and locations were great . Our leader has been a tour director for 27 years and she made the tour. She was very knowledgeable and informative and humorous as well. Gina Pillsbury made it a family feeling that actually made it hard to say goodbye!! Can’t imagine using any other tour company, we have been spoiled!!! Thank you.

Great company with terrific agents. They have many travel partners, so you can find what you are looking for. Great customer service. We have used them several times and will continue to use them.

Everyone at Pavlus has been extremely friendly and helpful. When our agent has been unavailable (yes, travel agents also travel!), there's always been someone else to pick up the work.

I get multiple travel brochures in the mail, if I see something I call Pavlus Travel, specifically Fia. We pick the dates and itineraries together, there is never additional costs to use them. In fact I have received incentives on every trip I have been on. You are kept informed about travel requirements with plenty of time to complete them. I have completed trust in this company.

Pam Chavez has been our TA for almost 30 years. If she is unavailable to talk to another representative of hers will always step in and help. We are very pleased with your agency and how you follow up on our questions.

Pavlus does a great job of supporting you throughout the travel process. We have used them for both cruises and land tours and they are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had an excellent experience with Pavlus Travel

I have used Pavlus for many years. I began because of their. Rebate policy but through the years they have helped me with many issues and questions that often crop up.

We find Pavlus to be very responsive and great at communcating. They handle all of the ordinary details, relieving us to concentrate on our own details. With the perks they provide we honestly don't understand why a traveler would not make use of their services.

Very happy to have Pavlus as my travel agent .
My latest experience with my travel agent and with guest relations helped me restore on board bookings with Crystal and refunds to be
Issued by Crystal. Everything was handled while on the phone. Problems solved.
