I can not praise this company enough, this is the second project I have done and used Paving Stones Direct and I couldn’t be happier. All the staff go above and beyond to assist you with your enquiries and answer any questions you have, however daft they may be. I highly recommend their products and services!

Highly recommended for quality and service
Initially there were some issues with a few of the tiles I purchased for a landscaping project that involved a lot of ambient lighting, so the tiles had to be in perfect shape. I was so impressed with their customer service representative Olivia, everything was resolved, they also followed up to make sure the project was successful. Highly recommended for quality and service.

Awful delivery service and poor customer service resolving "issues"
This is what I wrote to the MD. Didnt get a reply but eventually through my builder ringing the courier depot, the slabs were delivered on the 18th and he and I offloaded them ourselves.
"Are you aware of the incompetence of the haulage company you are using?? And the lack of customer service being provided when there is an issue with an order from Paving Stones Direct UK Ltd?
Delivery of slabs was due to arrive 12th. It didn't arrive and no communication about this. On the 13th REACT TRANSPORT SERVICES LIMITED arrived and the driver was having problems, so said he would phone his manager and get him to deliver due to the hill. Went back to his truck and left the scene.
I contacted web chat and Deek stated he would get back to me - he didn't. I called and spoke to Kieron, who was more helpful and he would contact the delivery company. They agreed to deliver to the top of the hill, today (14th), at the around the same time (8.30am).
9am on the 14th no slabs. Called and spoke to Kieron, who tried contacting the courier but couldn't get through. He advised would be there today probably before 12.
12 and still no slabs. Called again, spoke to someone. They called me back and said they are unable to deliver due to uneven surface and can I go and pick them up. WHAT???? Is the expectation that I rock up with my car and load 1 tonne of slabs into the boot??
I have been waiting for another call back, which should have been an hour ago!".
Nustone managed to deliver 3 crates no issues - I highly recommend using them, not Paving Stones Direct.

Hi Miss Asquith, we are very sorry for the experience you have received with this order. As mentioned, we use a 3rd party courier for our delivery's so we rely on them to provide timely updates and unfortunately the customer service provided was not up to the usual standards which resulted in this breakdown. We can only apologise for the inconvenience this caused. Thank you, The paving Stones Direct Team

Great tiles awful service
Great tiles, awful service.
Really pleased with the quality of tiles.
Ordered additional jointing compound that never arrived.
Called up to query, was told it was delivered, they gave me a time and date and saifmd there was a signature. Assumed all was well and that my builder had signed for it.
Checked the next day, he hadn't signed fir it and needed the compound to complete the job. Was told it would arrive the next day. It didn't. Finally the day after it arrived...
Very much out of pocket.
If you need efficient service. Go elsewhere.
Good tiles though.

Hi Aaron, we are very sorry to receive this review. As you noted, when you queried the delivery, we reached out to the 3rd courier and was informed of a delivery time and date which we then relayed to you. Unfortunately the information we were provided was incorrect so upon further investigation, we were once again informed of a new delivery date which we relayed to yourself. The experience you have had with us is not our standard so we can only apologize. Thank you, the Paving Stones Direct team.
Good quality product.
Friendly customer service, fast delivery, value for money and good quality - what more could you want, even my builder was impressed with the slabs saying they look good quality. I ordered over the phone through customer service, which was hassle free, had to change my delivery day - which they arranged no problem - and the slabs are 99% the 22mm thickness I ordered, which pleased my builder. They were the cheapest I could find on the net, which can sometimes means poor quality or bad service but on this occassion the quality and the service was excellent. I would certainly recommended this company.

Hi Simon, thank you for the amazing feedback. We strive to make every experience with us exceptional, so we really appreciate it. The Paving Stones Direct team.
I’ve had a poor experience.
I’ve had a poor experience with the company. We went looking for porcelain tiles for my 38sq metre’s patio. We found the colour and size we wanted and was advised that they could split a pallet as there is just over 23mtr per pallet. With this in mind we decided that we would return in the next few weeks and make the order.
Which I did,but on my return I was seen by a different representative and he told me that they don’t split pallets so I would have to take two pallets but that I would be able to return any slabs that was not required!
After completion I returned to the company as was also returning two tubs that was not required,I e grout and slurry.Which they took but told me that they didn’t take returns of slabs!I explained what I had experienced but it was if I was lying.I told them that I was given different information by there sales people as why would I take over 46sq metre’s when I only required 38 and a few extra for cuts!
They flatly refused to pick up the extra slabs even though I had been given different information by two of their staff!
This was an error on their part, not mine as was given differing information and having spent almost £2000 I was not and am not a happy customer.
I will not be recommending the company or indeed returning!I absolutely detest being treated as a liar!

Hi Mr Gilbert, we are very sorry to receive this review. When the staff spoke to you, we agreed to reserve 2 full pallets as an exception for 2 months. We were informed by you that you were unsure of the amount needed so the reservation of the 2 full pallets was to ensure that you had the correct batch to finish your project. It was also advised for you to contact us before dispatch if you required less and the order would be amended. We did not receive further communication from you regarding this so the 2 full pallets were dispatched as agreed.
We cannot accept returns on left over product due to the different batches the product comes in. We no longer have this batch and as company policy, we only accept returns on full, unopened pallets. We have refunded the grouting and primer that you returned which we do accept.
As a company, we strive to make every customer experience positive so receiving feedback like this helps us improve. Thank you, The Paving Stones Direct team.
