Great customer service and experience. From first visiting the show area, I was first met by Ellie, who couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, helping me to get the porcelain paving slabs, and associated products, ordered and delivery arranged, as I needed it, for 3 weeks time. This is the second time I’ve used Paving Stones Direct and is testament to their great customer service.

Excellent products, great prices but what really sets this company apart from the competition is their incredible customer service. I had an initial problem with one of their very unhelpful couriers unreasonably refusing access to my property and then returning my order to their depot. Vinnie of Paving Stones Direct was incredible from the first call through to resolving my issue, He was calm, polite, cooperative and his communication was second to none. He assured me he would resolve the delivery issue and he did. The mark of an excellent company is how they react when things go wrong. In my case Paving Stones Direct were badly let down by a national courier. Their response in resolving my problem was second to none. Well done Paving Stones Direct and a great big thank you to Vinnie! Oh and by the way the slabs are brilliant!

Quality and service was excellent

Excellent and friendly service from Natasha today who managed to arrange an extra 6 tiles within an hour of ordering.

Thanks so much

Lillie was really helpful and easy to speak to, making sure everything was in order for my delivery and responded straight away. Thanks Lillie :)

Very pleased with my order. Ordering was easy, goods delivered on time and goods all intact. Thank you

From start to finish, a great experience.
We got exceptional help from Karl, who helped us order the slabs we needed, arranged delivery, and then sent replacements by express delivery for a few slabs that were broken.
We also got calls from the company to check that the resin and primer had arrived. Could not feel more satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone for great prices, a lovely product, and exceptional customer service.

Lillie has been fantastic. Honestly a pleasure to work with really helpful, insightful

Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing company! Was searching for paving slabs for ages on so many websites but the prices here were so much lower with free delivery. Ordered 5 days ago and all were here wrapped to a pallet with no damage. Really impressed and will definitely recommend to anyone looking to do their garden up

Fantastic customer support from Lillie who answered all my questions about the product and went away & researched queries about delivery and timescales, phoning me back regularly & keeping me in the picture. It is so refreshing & reassuring to access this sort of support via phone - well done Lillie & well done Paving Stones Direct for employing such a personable & competent employee!

Very good prices, easy to deal with (for a start they actually always answer the phone and reply to emails) and getting delivery arranged was simple too. I received 100 slabs and 3 were broken in transit so the company just issued extra replacements that came the next day - very impressive and exactly what it should be like. Well done. I will happily use you again.

Great all round service from knowledgeable staff and efficient fast communication.

I’m not tech savvy, so to get a call back from lily asking if I needed anything was perfect. I’ve carried on dealing with lily, placing an order today. She’s also provided me with 2 quotes today for jobs I’ve got. Will be asking for lily going forward. Made my life much easier. Thank you

Lillie organised everything for me very quickly and efficiently. The porcelain delivered was on the specified date first thing in the morning so we could get started on the project straight away.

Fantastic customer service and a beautiful product. Safely and securely packaged and delivered. A real quality to the stone. We are thrilled to bits.

No issues. Delivery on time and fast. Easy to deal with and great price.

We have been a customer for newly 10 years. Always a great product, friendly staff and spot on delivery.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Cam was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble, a genuinely professional and friendly approach, rarely experienced these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for landscaping advice and guidance, really reasonably priced as well. I will certainly be using them again.
