Paul's program provides all the tools someone needs to understand who they are, and to take control over their life. The program combines personal psychological discovery, emotional and energy wellness, with individual goal planning to create an experience that provides everything someone needs to learn who they are, what they want, and how to achieve those goals.

Other programs I've seen offer some similar pieces, but I've never seen anything that puts everything together to provide a complete program based around helping each person find their own, personal path to wellness and accomplishing your goals.

Highly recommend! Paul's coaching significantly boosted my morale and confidence. The methodical approach, combined with mindfulness, truly sets it apart. It works, but you have to be ready to practice patiently to see the results.

The course and coaching allowed focus for my search in securing a new career position. Understanding that the job you want does not mean it's the job for you required a paradym change to my mindset. Mindfulness matters, Paul and his group of counselors bring focus to your journey.

Energy Awakening is a great thing for anyone. Anywhere. I did the sessions from 1/2024- March 2024 But, it’s especially good for someone like myself with a racing mind with a desire to execute something from a random idea to a complete creative work. With tools like mindfulness, breathing and goal/strategy template. It’s good to get out of my mind and into my body and it feels good. It sounds easy. But I wouldn’t know where to start if I were just reading books and trying to teach myself. Having professional teachers is always better. And I take better care of everything that I pay for than if it were free. I need all the help I can get. Glad to have invested into my life and continue to practice what I’ve learned. If I don’t, I notice the difference. If I do, I notice a better difference. —Adam Cole

Paul was able to help me express myself in ways that I was not able to do before. He was also able to help me open doors with LinkedIn that I never knew that was possible due to learning. The program works very well.

Working with Paul Bickford Solutions was one of the most strategic moves I’ve made in my career. He and his were truly invested in my success and I’m very happy with the results he and his team helped me achieve.

I joined Paul Bickford’s Career Mastery program in October after experiencing a very traumatic work situation that left me devastated and without confidence. My self-worth had taken a significant hit, and despite applying to jobs, I wasn’t seeing results. I quickly realized that the job market had changed dramatically from 15 years ago and that I needed guidance to move forward.

Paul’s program is a thoughtful combination of mindfulness, self-help, confidence building, and professional services. It includes updating LinkedIn profiles, creating and optimizing resumes and cover letters, developing interview skills, and even guidance on personal branding and websites. But beyond the tangible tools, it provides a supportive community and a space to rebuild confidence.

Through Career Mastery, I not only learned how to navigate today’s job market but also gained connections, friendships, and a renewed sense of self. I began stepping out of my comfort zone, growing in ways I hadn’t even considered. Ultimately, the program helped me secure a new role as Director of Human Resources at a nonprofit—an opportunity I might never have pursued on my own. Paul and his team helped me recognize that my diverse skills, experiences, and education positioned me perfectly for this role, even though HR had not been my main career focus before.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Career Mastery program to anyone who has been out of the workforce for a while, is struggling with self-doubt, or has endured a difficult work situation. If you’re frustrated, feeling lost, or unsure how to move forward, this program can provide the tools, confidence, and support you need to take the next step in your career.

The Career Mastery program at PBS was much more satisfying and enriching than I ever expected it to be. The coaches, founder & team truly and genuinely care about their clients.

I went in with an open mind and eagerness to learn; then, I was blown away by everything that I wasn’t doing in order to get job placement.

After working 25 years for a Fortune 100 company I never imagined I needed to work on a personal brand for a job search.

After getting ghosted by employers repeatedly, I applied everything my coaches taught me; the founder, Paul, even took me under his wing. I literally blew up on LinkedIn, doubled my corporate salary and developed different streams of revenue through consulting & other gigs.

I feel much more in control of my career in every way. Lastly, I’ll say that the mindfulness practices they teach were the sleeper component of the whole program.

While I knew some of these things theoretically, when I was asked to apply them, they truly make a difference in your personal and professional life.

Huge shout-out to the Career Mastery team for making me the best version of myself! It’s been transformational.

Paul Bickford's comprehensive and holistic career mastery program helped me land 2 job offers within 60 days, both of which offered over 30% more target comp than my previous position. His program addresses so much more than branding, resume writing, and interviewing. The program helps you achieve mindfulness and intentionality in how you present yourself to future employers and offers you guidance on attracting the right opportunities.

Prompt and guided communication from the entire team made a huge difference.,
