Paul Andrew Property & Relocation provides accommodation across the UK for people who need a temporary place to call home. We specialise in decant accommodation, corporate relocation, contractor accommodation and emergency accommodation, helping individuals, families and businesses find suitable homes when they need them. Our decant service supports residents who need to leave their homes because of repairs, property damage or insurance claims. We work closely with insurers, housing associations and other partners to coordinate accommodation and help residents settle in during what can be a difficult and uncertain time. For corporate relocations, we help employees and their families move for work, providing accommodation that suits their location, assignment and everyday needs. We also arrange contractor accommodation for individuals and teams working away from home, supporting both short stays and longer projects. When unexpected circumstances create an urgent housing need, our team works quickly to identify suitable emergency accommodation and coordinate the practical arrangements. From finding a property and organising access to managing utilities and responding to maintenance enquiries, we provide ongoing support throughout each stay. Our approach is personal, practical and responsive, with clear communication and a focus on making temporary accommodation comfortable, straightforward and welcoming for everyone we support.Vis mer
