Earrings easy to order. They arrived within 48 hours carefully boxed and wrapped. They are very beautifully made with that extra special look you get from designers. Absolutely love them.wondwrful look.

A great disappointment your company has…
A great disappointment your company has been
I purchased earrings from you as I was pleased with the size in the photo.
The reality was very different as they were small and did not suit me at all.
Not worth the money.
I emailed you to return them only to be told that you do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons and you sent me a link from the small print.
However on you returns notice it does not state that!! All it says is to be email you and then post item.
Sadly to say that I will not deal with you ever again.

We assured you that the earrings sent to you were the same size as those photographed on our model and that exact dimensions are given in the description. We also directed you to our returns policy which begins – “We hope that you will love your new Paula Bolton jewellery. However, if you are not completely happy with any purchase, we offer a no quibble refund policy. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.” This is to guarantee that every piece we offer is new and has never been worn.
We understand that choosing jewellery online can sometimes lead to different expectations, and we strive to provide accurate photographs and detailed descriptions to minimise this.
Regarding returns, our policy is designed to prioritise both customer satisfaction and hygiene standards. We remain committed to maintaining the quality and safety of our products, by only ever supplying earrings that are hygienic and have not been previously worn.

Beautiful brooch - just like in the picture . Packaged in a nice box too. No complaints about Paula Bolton Company, but the carrier who delivered the package took a very long time to do so even though they had the right address/postcode

Unique design, beautifully crafted at a reasonable price
Bought the Jupiter earrings, ring & bangle for the wife for Christmas. Loved the unique design. They are beautifully crafted and at a reasonable price, arrived quickly after order. I'm sure she'll love them.
