Patriot Crew Anmeldelser

Great customer fast response

I ordered the wrong size and called to change it. Ed answered the phone right away and made the change for me! Very easy and professional. This is my second set of Patriot Crew shirts

Have made 3 orders in the past. Really like we can now pick the colors we want

I initially placed an order for a 6 shirt bundle but only received 3. I was pretty disappointed. I reached out to customer service and Micajah F had the proper order sent out immediately. These shirts are awesome and very comfortable...thanks Micajah for rectifying so quickly!

Smooth and easy exchange. Exactly what customer support should be. Great experience!!

I just want to say that Ed did a very professional job of taking care of my issue. Thanks again, Ed.

They called right back after leaving a message and resolved the issue fast and efficiently!

We had to return the shirts due to wrong size and we were traveling at the time. They were quick to respond to the request and made it super easy. Would buy there again.

I tried Patriot Crew after first trying True Classic and I like the fit and feel of Patriot Crew more. They took care of me after the sale when I had a question and I will definitely be buying more of these shirts.

The people are so nice and helps when and where it is needed. Thanks

Integrity and the sincere efforts to customer satisfaction

I purchased a 6 pack of shirts, then I read many of the comments. Gonna say the 1 star comments really had me concerned because I paid for everything when I placed my order and didn’t get a confirmation or tracking info.
I called customer service and spoke to Ed.
He apologized and said there was a problem with the email confirmations. He insured the products shipped and provided a confirmation email and shipping info.
I was very pleased that my satisfaction was a priority for them and I will be a future continued customer if they do what they and say what they do we will be loading up the t-shirt drawers!

Very comfortable. Great fit. Great customer service. Will buy more.

I've purchased dozens of these shirts, including the new Core line. I cannot be happier with the fit and the quality. Of the dozens i've purchased, I did receive one shirt with a manufacturing defect (bottom seam came unstitched when washed), and when I inquired about a replacement, Gabby J from the customer service team immediately shipped out a replacement product. Fantastic customer support! Thank you!

I had a billing issue that was resolved quickly! Thanks Gabby J for your help in getting this taken care of!

I spoke with Ed from Patriot Crew about a delivery. He was excellent to deal with. Fixed the situation fast and I got my order with no hassles. I love the product and the service was perfect. Everything you want in a company. Highly recommend Patriot Crew. Best shirts on the market. Best I have ever worn.

Being a little overweight I’ve always struggled to find a shirt that would fit and give me a slimmer looking profile until now. These shirts are amazing. My wife was instantly asking if I started working out again. lol. Super soft and comfortable and hold up well in the wash. Will be my primary shirts from now on. Great customer service as well as fast shipping.

Ed solved my problems in a matter of seconds. Very helpful!!!!

Absolutely the best fitting T-shirt I have ever owned. I have over a dozen and wear every day. Recently I ordered the wrong size, sent email and rather than return they suggested giving to a veteran like myself. Then they are sending me the right size no charge. Wonderful company making the best fitting tshirts around and they donate generously to veterans causes. Win/Win and then some.
