My family and I just arrived in London where we hadn’t been for ten years. Everything has been changed here and we were anxious, but the first ride from Heathrow to London city center via Patrick Egwu service made us feel very safe and relaxed. We thus shortly afterwards continued booking another trip. It’s a very nice experience to re-explore the city. Strongly recommend the service.

My wife and I used Patrick Egwu Transportation for car service from Heathrow to our hotel in Central London. Patrick picked us at the terminal just after I flight arrived and we had retrieved our baggage. He was very professional and courteous and friendly. The fee for the service was very reasonable. I would strongly recommend Patrick’s company to anyone traveling to London.

Prompt arrival at appointed time with personable drivers and upscale autos. Because we were using credit cards as international travelers, it was not possible to leave our drivers a tip. This should be corrected.

The driver was 20 min. late when picking us up from Heathrow. Upon meeting us, he picked up one our suitcases and rushed full speed to the parking area – we barely managed to keep up with him (you can imagine the difficultly with 2 young children and our luggage). While driving towards London, he kept his window open although it was raining, rather cold and noisy. He insisted on keeping the window open as he mentioned that otherwise it would get hot inside the car!
On the day of return to Heathrow, I received a call 30 min. prior to pick up time from the office, and was told that the driver who was supposed to pick us up is ill and that they would try (!) to find a solution (as they mentioned another driver or Uber car). As I replied that getting to the airport on-time is crucial, I accepted an Uber car as a solution. I then received confirmation that an Uber driver was reserved, 30 min later (i.e. at the original pick up time). Fortunately, the Uber driver arrived few minutes later.
Conclusion: Never again will I use this company.

When I made the reservation, I told them we would be arriving on the Delta flight from Seattle, landing at 3:00. While in the air, I was sent an email asking for the flight number. I wasn't able to respond until we landed. We waited a hour for the driver to appear.
The reservation was for 3 separate rides. The first, as noted above was an hour late. The second was on time.
I reached out 3 separate time to cancel the final leg of the reservation as we needed to cancel due to a medical emergency back in the States that required my attention. I never once received any response to my emails or my WhatsApp texts. I initially asked to change the third part of the reservation to have them come to the cruise port instead of the hotel. Never heard a thing. Then I emailed to cancel all together and again, NEVER Heard a thing. Ultimately, I am very disappointed in the total lack of communication from this company.

Our experience with Patrick's service has been excellent, with regular frequency over the last 13 years. We live in Canada and have travelled to London frequently. We have always counted on Patrick's dependable service to and from Heathrow when coming to London to vacation and visit family. Drivers are friendly, professional and always on time. Our driver was prompt, the company gave us a phone call to let us know he had arrived and invited us to call with any issues. When we couldn’t see where he was parked, he connected with us over the phone and walked over to direct us and assist with our bags. Ride was smooth and the driver was very kind and friendly. Would definitely use this service again.
