We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the equipment requirements. We do state on both our website and in the product instructions that a garden sprayer is required for application. We also recommend lightly pressure washing the treated area afterwards to remove any residue and clean away any remaining surface dirt.
If you feel that carrying out the treatment yourself is no longer the best option, we also offer a service where our experienced team can carry out the treatment for you, retreating the area as required until all black spots have been removed and the natural colour of your patio has been fully restored.

Surprisingly good
The result and the application were much closer to the advertisement than to my expectations. What more can I say? The stones were really well cleaned. The only issue I had was that the containers are a little bit too small, and I needed to re-order some very quickly.

All my previous orders arrived next day via DPD.
This order took 2 days and came via Royal Mail.
Otherwise no comlaints and would have been 5 star.

Great result and easy to achieve
I am delighted with the result, my patio looks like new. All the black spots have gone and the colour of the stones has really come out. I am the least practical person but this was so easy to do. Delivery was very quick after placing the order so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product and this company.

Disappointing results overall
We bought the 2 litre bottle as it is a relatively expensive product especially as we had to buy a sprayer too. As others (and the manufacturers to be fair) advised, this tends to work best on newer stains. It removed some awful brown stains from recent plant residue, but performed less effectively on black spots that have appeared over the past 8 years on our granite slabs.
We have two very large patios so we are debating on how much more money we should spend as to be honest, we are disappointed with the initial results as the 2 litre bottle just wasn't enough to cover all areas. We followed the instructions to the letter too.

Black spot that has built up over many years can require multiple treatments to achieve complete removal. This is why we recommend treating a trial slab first, as outlined in our instructions. The trial slab allows you to see how many treatments are required to remove all the spots. This will give you the confidence the product works and an indication of how much product is required to complete the rest of the area.
A 4-litre container treats up to 20 SQM, so a single 2-litre container would not typically be sufficient to treat two large patios. For the best results, the slabs need to be fully saturated. Applying it too thinly over a large area will reduce its effectiveness and make it more difficult to achieve the desired results.
