I did a lot of research online looking for assistance to help me deal with my past due mortgage payments. I tried working with my mortgage company directly and was getting nowhere, I even reached out to my local agency program (Neighborhood Works program) for assistance and still no progress.
All I kept hearing was that I had to bring it current with the full past due balance of over $5000 which I did not have. It got to the point where I didn't know where to turn next. I found Pathway Mortgage Relief online spoke with Omar who took all my information and explained to me how the process would work.
I than spoke with another agent who started the process of contacting my mortgage company. After months of trying to work with my mortgage company to get a modification or some type of repayment plan, and constantly being told that I did not qualify for a modification plan. Somehow they were able to accomplish a modification plan that was going to help me keep my home that I have lived in for the past 20 years. I must say everyone that I dealt with in the different departments were all quite knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to those who are looking for help and resolving mortgage problems.
