Scam – order never delivered, no response
I placed an order and paid, but I never received my item. After the payment, the store completely stopped responding to emails and messages. There was no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no explanation for the delay.

The website looks legitimate at first glance, but the lack of communication and failure to deliver the order strongly suggest this is a scam. I am now forced to start a chargeback with my bank.

I strongly advise others to be very careful before ordering from this store

Absolutely unprofessional.
I ordered over 5 weeks ago. A shipping label was created and that’s it, nothing shipped, no updates, no answers. I tried email, contact form on their website, and DMs on Instagram. They are clearly active on stories, they read my messages, and still completely ignore me. At this point it feels like either a scam or total disrespect for customers. If you can post daily on social media, you can reply to people who paid you real money.

Avoid until they learn basic customer service, or at least how to answer messages!!!!!
