Competitive
It was easy to use, the quality was good and the price was very competitive compared to the ones in the UK.
If I need an ID photo in the future I'll use them again.

Great After Sales Support
I’ve used your photo service for a few years although it was the free version. It’s my first time using the paid version and was initially disappointed that the upload didn’t work. However, I’m so glad that your team responded swiftly to rectify the issue and was assured that the team is committed in keeping this service alive, while maintaining the high standards expected from the authorities. You’ve earned my trust and I’ll definitely come back again. Keep it up!

Excellent Customer Support and Quick Resolution
I recently used PassportPhotoLive to generate a passport photo for my Indian passport renewal application. The Indian passport website has very strict requirements and the photo must meet ICAO standards to be accepted.
Initially, the photo generated through the tool did not pass the ICAO validation on the passport application site. However, after I shared my feedback, their support team quickly reached out to me and helped resolve the issue. They worked with me to correct the photo and generated a new version that met the required standards and was successfully accepted.
I really appreciate how responsive and helpful their support team was. Issues can happen with any tool, but what stood out to me was their willingness to follow up and make sure the problem was fixed. Because of their help, I was able to move forward with my passport renewal without further trouble.
Overall, a good service backed by a team that cares about customer success.

Thank you for sharing your experience — we are really sorry the photo didn’t pass the ICAO checks even after several tries. I completely understand how disappointing that must have been.
To help us improve the system, could you let us know which specific ICAO requirement or error message the checker flagged? This would help us identify what went wrong and strengthen our processing.
We also appreciate your note about the rulers appearing on some photos — we’re already reviewing that.
Thank you again for your feedback and for giving our service a try.
Warm regard
