I bought a so-called “surprise box” for 2 francs from a website that looked trustworthy, with lots of good comments on Facebook and supposedly linked to Shein. After the first payment, they asked me to pay a second time, and once I did, I was redirected to a completely different website.

Later, I realized that by paying, I had unknowingly been subscribed to a “Gold” membership, and they charged me 60 euros, plus another 7 euros when I tried to cancel. I never agreed to this subscription, and at no point was this clearly explained.

Worst of all: they told me they would only refund the money if I leave a positive review, which I find completely dishonest and manipulative. I refuse to mislead other people like myself, who could fall into the same trap.

I had to cancel my credit card to stop them from taking more money. My bank already recognized this website as fraudulent.

I do not recommend this site to anyone. Be very careful.

WAS EFFICIENT AND HELPED ME BY CANELLING THIS UNAUTHORIZED OURCHASE FROM MY ACCOUNT

The agents, particularly Stanley, were very helpful and patient. Raj was kind enough to overlook my situation and offered to refund the money into my bank account. Thank you.

Alero was excellent helping solving my problem and very direct too. Thank you.

Eugene assisted me very well and helped me a lot.

La página no la conocía pero no me parece muy ético cobrar d primeras una cuota d subscripción.
Después me he puesto a mirar y ojear la página y si en algún momento necesito algún artículo d los que vendéis, ya lo compraré.
Gracias

Honestly speaking, I haven’t browse/ used much of your platform. But if there is one downside of this, is that the payment wherein they can easily assess/used your card without informing us firs about that sibscription. Luckily someone is assisting is with regard to this which is very big help to us.

I was assisted by Alero very well with my concern. He was very attentive and understanding and gave me a resolution.
